As for resurgence being in the KE tree, in cool with it. If it was in necromancer tree, people would complain why is a necromancer summoning benign spirits instead of death interested spirits.
If necromancer does have haste, it may very well enhance a spirit summon in addition to the party and will provide extra dps. IM happy with that.
I saw Cassandra had the top right templar ability on her skill bar. Did anyone see the ability in use? I think i missed it.
Also, i like that Templars can suppress a breach. And that Cassandra seemed more inclined to seek magic help. That was cool coming from a seeker.

I'd trade half perks for more skill points any day, I'm just saying.

God, they're all nice (except the mount ones imo).
And WOW to Enhanced Studies. Does that just mean hovering over the target in Tactical Camera?
No, I think it's referring to those research items, like what Mike & Cam got from the Ram in the Twitch stream. So you probably get them from the first of every creature you kill or something like that.

Mike was really carefull not to show the 6th skill tree, the one only available to the Inquisitor.
I guess it is because of spoilers, since surely in that tree we will find skills (passives, focus, etc) that are plot related.
Besides Mark of the Rift, do we know of any other that would justify having an entire skill tree there?

No idea, but since we can only have 8 mapped at a time, I hope it's nothing too useful... passives I wouldn't mind, although that would still burn through our talent points...

No, but it could potentially get one all to itself. Power of Blood did, that was only two abilities. DA2 had the 'Hawke' tree just for the Mabari Hound as well, didn't it? I almost hope there isn't anything else in there just because I'm lost with what to pick as is, especially with the eight abilities per encounter. Now that I've found a couple more I'd like to include I'm back on the hatewagon for that feature because I don't see why I can't just strategise before each battle like I already did previously without being forced into having to go through a giant production with switching my abilities around for every fight. That's going to get very tedious very quickly.

They said some abilities are gained during the game, and since They didn't tell which ones Because of spoilers, it's obvious They we're talking about the Fade Mark abilities.Mike was really carefull not to show the 6th skill tree, the one only available to the Inquisitor.

I believe they are still called "talents," but even the name of this thread uses "skills," so I use them interchangeably. It shouldn't be too confusing since skills were removed from the series back in DA2.

Yeah, I'd rather not deal with skill-swapping, so I am going to be choosing the 8 most powerful and versatile abilities for each character, and then selecting the best passives to use the rest of my points... this will undoubtedly mean picking up a few random talents or spells along the way to those passives, so if I really need to, I can swap those in. Even if I don't ever plan to use those extra abilities, they'll still be there and my build will be solid since they were never meant to be a part of it... YMMV of course... I just happen to have a very low tolerance for the 8 skill limit, which is why I'm doing it this way...

....we have seen Vivienne and the Inquisitor cast it.
I've seen iron bull casting it too. I could easily see it being a rogue ability - but that everyone has access to it. But that was an early build. I wish the developers would come out and say whether it's a mage ability or not.

I just don't like differentiating between talent and spell so I just want an accepted word for both is the reason I ask.

What if Haste is actually an Inquisitor power, like Mark of the Rift?

I would do that too, but with resistances and immunities I don't want to go into a fight with only two or three useful abilities. Especially when there are things like Ice Wall, Fade Step, Spirit Blade and Fade Cloak that I would only consider useful for my playstyle in specific contexts.

Are you sure? I've only seen the Qunari Inquisitor use it and supposedly Vivienne did in leaked E3 footage. Can you point us to where IB uses it?

Same here... that's why I just say "skills" rather than saying both... although I usually tend to specify when I'm speaking about mages or non-mages for a prolonged period. It depends, really. "Abilities" would also work as a general descriptor.

I believe somebody asked recently and was told you can't. You can get a lot, but still limited to a point where what you choose does matter. Which makes me hope that you unlock more as you play, because if this all of them, it looks like you pretty much need to get everything for the ones you might actually want.
Yeah, that was my impression as well... I mean, I don't really want any of the enemy exp bonus perks because weak enemies eventually give zero exp no matter what, and there is a level cap... however, both of these seem to be mandatory in order to get to the (IMO) useful Forces perks. Each section is filled with restrictions like this, but maybe it's not all bad... I won't be taking any of the Secrets perks except Arcane Knowledge, so all the points I would have spent there can go elsewhere.

Has anyone seen the Archery talents yet? I'm planning on playing as a Dwarf Bow Rogue (Assassin) and would love to know just what I'm getting into.
Yeah, here are a few... http://forum.bioware...1#entry17471361
And here are the rest... http://forum.bioware...hery-abilities/
All that's missing is a couple of passives...
