Looks like the Ceremonail Mortalitasi Skull is a required item in order to learn the Necromancer spec.

That'd require them to actually use Blackwall, who I'm pretty sure is bottom of the representation pile at the moment.

Ok, so I pretty much have my build now

 

Galen Stoirm

 

Storm-( 12 pts)

Chain Lightning- quick cooldown, damage and stun mooks

Lightning Bolt- nuke and cc, hit the toughest enemy at the beginning of the fight

Energy Barrage- gives me an option to change damage type up easily, detonator

Static Cage- AOE crowd control

 

Knight Enchanter- (9-11 pts)

Spirit Sword- close range damage, deflect attacks

Fade Cloak- avoid damage, step inside and damage enemies when possible

KE third ability (?)

Resurgence- switch out with Static Cage for dragon fights

 

Spirit (3-5pts pts)

Barrier and Guardian Spirit

Will take mind blast and Strength of spirits if the last KE ability isn’t worth taking

On Lightning Bolt: No, no, not at the beginning. You must wait until they cluster, pick a target, and then go MUAHAHAHA as they fry and go flying.

Subterfuge -maxed 11 points

Assassin - maxed 9 points

sabotage - Poisoned Weapons + upgrade, Dirty fighting (would like to get the ones on the other side up to Looked Like it Hurt, but need to see more of the dagger and archery trees.)

The rest goes into weapon trees; don't know which one yet, I'd like Full Draw or even Long Shot, but I'd also like Unforgiving Chain; if I can't afford them then I'll just take the weapon with the best DPS.

 

The plus side to not maxing in weapon trees is that i can be equally efficient at both and can swap on an as needed basis. Plus I have customization for weapons so that should help out a lot with the builds as well.
