like Spell Purge has that in its description. So, does that mean I could stun enemies with Wrath of Heaven, then use Spell Purge, which will cause an explosion that does damage?

That extra point from the perk does come at a cost. Apparently you only get 10-15 perks and to get 15 you need to eek out every bit of influence. A lot of players simply won't have the perks to get it.
what?? you only get 10-15 skill points to spend? you don't get a skill point at every level?
or am I misreading what you posted?

There will be more than people think. So you get one perk per Inquisition lvl and that's about 10 if you go by the achievement. You also get perks per Inquisition agent you recruit and going by that achievement, there's also 10. That's still only 20 but it does give you more leeway.

This is not character skills and abilities. This is for the Inquisition (the organization). It's a separate level up thing.

0.5 seconds off 24 seconds?
Sounds pretty subpar.
However, if that was to stack with each attack you do whilst blessed blades is active.....that might be quite good.
Damn it. Templars are better than this. They're one of the most potent military forces in thedas, and their powers affect both mages and demons.
Sigh

Well, based on common sense and the other CDR abilities, you can guess as much. Half a second off the CDs is a waste of an upgrade.
that's how I interpret it too

I am willing to bet almost anything that it is not just a flat .5 secs but .5 secs per attack.

The fourth Templar passive, The Last Sacrifice:
Spoiler
Wow well that'll help the party if they're in a pinch but I don't know what to think about this passive.

Why are people stating that the weaken effect has a 20% of activating in a party? The 5% thing isn't additive, it likely only applies on a character-by-character basis. By that logic, Maker's Will at 25% a character would be 100% chance to cause weakness, which would be absolutely preposterous math. If I'm reading something wrong, i would be glad to be corrected on this.

I'm guess that guy is a visitor of the forums or at least his source is since he just puts the info that gets posted in this thread into video format.

Depending if the 2 final upgrades are really good, Templar can possibly be amazing with constant .5sec and 1sec(flow of battle) Cooldown reductions and thus being able to use Purge/Wrath often.
I hope their upgrades are beastly lol.

Quite, I've seen a few my own screenshots in there. I've seen mine put on reddit and other forums as well.

So anyone know the last 2 missing upgrades for Purge and Wrath? I didn't see them in that youtube channel.

Nah, we haven't seen Purge or Wrath upgrades yet anywhere.

Unfortuantely, it seems like no one who has this game already values this stuff as much as we do. We've asked multiple people to show stuff, and they all neglect to show upgrades.

There seems to be a general ignorance as to how important and game changing a lot of the upgrades are for these abilities. I mean, some of the upgrades are the only thing that make certain abilities worth taking, turning garbage into gold.

Yeah, that guy seems to be borrowing his images from one of the imgur pages floating around in here.
