Get ready for dat revised-revised build y'all! Second revision thanks to all the Specialization info we've gotten over the past week. Enjoy, and please provide your inputs.
Also, realize that I tried to make sure everyone caps at 24. I don't want to take things like "Inquisition Perks" or "Human Extra Ability" or "Amulet that gives extra ability" into consideration. These are points from straight leveling up. Any extra points will be distributed as seen fit. What I post here are the ESSENTIALS.

Thanks! I found it particularly crazy how much constitution Blackwall accumulated haha

Huh, I think I'm gonna tally up mine to boot.
hahahaha see this is the indepth part of the game i like! planning your characters builds i can get behind, coming up with 27 generic fantasy sounding names laden with meaning....makes me shake my head
its the first step down the dark road that is head canon.
is nobody taking into account the extra attribute amulets? there's at least 5 in the emerald graves(as seen via twitch streams)
Yea I REALLY do not want to go through 239 pgs of this. Can someone just tell me if its been confirmed how many skill points we will receive solely through levelling up? Not counting the Humans bonus skill point. As well as how many bonus skill points can be earned in the game if that knowledge is out there? I have the builds set for my main party and Quiz. Working on support squad now, but no point if im gonna have to come back later to trim down their skills numbers. Thanks in advance.

They have not said, and I do not think they will say anytime soon. The only way we'll know is to tally it all up ourselves through the game. Solely levelling up only ought to give you one point per level though.
Why would we take those into account now?

I figured one per level but I wasnt sure. With that being said, do we know roughly what the level cap is? Hard or soft?

not the amulets per se, just the fact that bonus attributes will be available(additional passives to be added at the end of your levelling, additional abilities for stat boosts etc)
Have i just missed it somewhere or do we not know what the upgrade to Immolate is yet?
I just watched DAFan's video and he skipped over it.

I got it like....2 days ago, I think?

The most consistent I've heard is a 30 soft.

I knew if it was out, you would know about it ![]()
Thanks a lot.

Perfect if thats the case! As I have based my preliminary planning around that number.
One last thing. These focus skills. I see they have tiers? Does that act like an upgrade? By that I mean will I have to spend 3 skill points to fully upgrade to the third tier? or does it Move along on its own? Or do we not have knowledge on how that works? Or am I just dense and am missing something? lol.

No, you buy Inquisition perks at the War Table to upgrade how many bars of focus you receive. You automatically receive the first tier, you must buy the rest. Cullen has those perks, I believe.

Focus builds up and fills different levels. You can spend it when you are at focus "level" 1, 2, or max 3.

So by receiving it automatically and buying the rest through Cullen, this means that not one skill point at all must be spent to acquire it? Score! thats another skill to invest in!

Oh ok. I see. Kind of like Musou in Dynasty Warriors lol.

Yup, you don't spend skill points to upgrade Focus bars, other than to simply buy the Focus skill (Rally, Firestorm, Resurgence, etc.) with a point.
