I am on my 3rd playthrough and all of my specializations have become relocked, even though I have spent 100+ hours going through the game to unlock them. None of the manuals are available at merchants, so I therefore have no way of unlocking them (e.g. Ranger is ONLY unlockable by a manual).
BioWare - This needs to be resolved ASAP, or it will clearly ruin the game for myself and the others affected by it.
Specializations Relocked - No Manuals Left to buy

yeah mine re-locked as well when i reinstalled the game data. Bioware needs to fix this.

i just assumed on each play of the game that I would have to go through everything again to unlock the specializations. Are you saying that I can start a new mage and all the specializations will be unlocked from the beginning? If so I'll be playing this game forever! Can't be true? Really? I gotta start a new char right away to check this out!
