No, they are the inquisition's winged army of darkness (modeled after my own pigeon army of darkness who are currently fighting shale).... Probably have some sort of cannon, the qunari have them on their ships, would be cool to have a few....

I was just thinking about a catapult on skyhold. what if you took out that bridge in the concept art XD you would totally be stuck in your castle. unless they did change that.
So, we know we are getting to control our own castle and have our own "suite of rooms" to live in. I am so in love with this idea because I truly enjoyed in DA2 that we had our own estate. It was really beautifully done as well, I would go up to the second floor and just look out those windows and stare at the night sky...I can only imagine how awesome it is going to be to have our own castle. Customizing it and making it our own fortress is going to be incredibly fun and fulfilling.
I can't wait to see pictures of this cool new place they have dreamed up for us! Also know that this thread will probably contain spoilers!
Some how I missed my Estate in DA2. I was only there when the story made me. I actually don't remember it at all. If we ever get a chance to play the older Dragon age games on PS4 I am going to have to invest time in the Estate.
