That room that they introduced the advisers in (and others were standing in background) with the throne in it....it's ours right? They wouldn't do that to us and not let us have it, right??

i had to re-read that, i read it as shining bacon at first...  anyway, i really dont see too much in depth customiztion (like specific furniture placements etc.), but i see it more of: here's 5 themes, pick one

Yeah, the camp was cool but having an estate was amazing! Now we have a huge castle, I can't wait to customized it and go around exploring it and talking to my companions and advisors.

i can only imagine what cole's room would be.... in fact i cant even imagine it...  i mean the kid lived in the dungeons of the white spire...  so the only thing that comes to mind is maybe the dungeon of the castle

I'd like a scene where we give Cole some snazzy quarters but later he's just hanging out in the dungeon like "I feel more comfortable here." ... actually no that'd be kinda sad

I would say that's likely.  I look forward to seeing if the level designers personalize each character's room.

it would be sad, but if cole is the same as he was in asunder, hes naturally that way

I agree. I don't really see them implementing a lot of resources so that we can place flowers or plaques or trophies wherever we want. You're probably right on target with the themes.

I did for Awakenings. I don't see why I wouldn't for this game either, but I don't think decorating should be tied into upgrades for the castle.

Cassandra's gonna be full of books with holes in them. And Sera's will have a bunch of stuff she nicked from the others.

There's apsolutely no confirmation, I just think it would be unlikely that they would show so many pictures of a single inquisition stronghold unless it was our HQ. Also it looks like it might be in the frostback mountains which seems like a likely place for our HQ to be placed as it would be near Fereldan and Orlais and it would make it easy to defend.

 

Anyway I don't know about you but I think it looks ****ing awesome.

 

I'm guessing that's not the stronghold, actually - there were some images of various customizations, commerce, espionage, fortress, etc., and it looked to be in more of a desert/wastes area, rather than the mountains.

 

For that place, I'd be more inclined to say it's a Grey Warden hold, the one we see under attack in the trailer.
