Agreed that 3 ranks is great for the mooks, but if you want to have Real Fun with Sticky Nades (gosh, that "e" is so important there) then you need rank 6 Tech Vulnerability. And the QFI of all characters doesn't need 6 ranks in Fitness. She's pretty fit already
So is this Wiki blurb a falsehood?
Against the Collectors or the Reapers, it is effectively useless.
It's arguably more useful on the QFI against them than against the other two factions with 6 ranks in it because there's lots more armor in those factions, and cloak+stickies+ Incendiary ammo+ sabotage is immensely powerful against armor. That 50% tech damage boost applies to all tech powers and combos on all targets hit by sabotage for 10 seconds, and the backfire damage (the power's second most useful feature) applies only to organics as well. The actual hacking aspect of the power has been nerfed into pretty much uselessness. At rank 3, it will draw aggro for literally 2 seconds (because targets don't draw any for the first 8), and do minimal damage (assuming your target even attacks instead of standing in one place doing nothing).
With 3 ranks, it is really only useful for an occasional distraction against a single faction(and two other easily avoidable units in another faction if you want to be a pedant)and a stagger (which isn't very useful). You need at least 5 ranks taking 5a explosions for it to justify its casting time against geth in terms of additional damage, and 6 ranks taking 6b for any other faction.
Full fitness with shield specs will not get any extra utility out of a quarian apart from being able to tank 1 extra phantom or prime shot before getting downed on gold and below, and as stated you can accomplish the same with 3 ranks and a paltry cyclonic 2 if you wish. If you are going to take points out of anywhere, its the last two ranks of cloak (unless you are using a sniper rifle) or passive (quarian passives are fairly cost-inefficient past rank 4), not sabotage. However, I'd simply reccomend dumping the fitness to get the best of all worlds.

Yes, it's nonsensical that the Quarians -- a race whose immune system is so fragile they have to live in Boy-in-the-Bubble outfits -- have more health/shields than the Human Soldier.
Bioware please. Stop with the anti-Human bias in your games!

why would immune systems have anything to do with a shield generator or the ability to resist physical damage? Is 1980s Ahhnuld the best human ever at not catching a cold?

- Note that Sticky Grenades are classed as a combat power and thus do not receive a damage bonus from Sabotage's Tech Vulnerability evolution.
I only have one cyclonic modulator III at the moment, and that's all, so having a build "relying" on having cyclonic modulators is currently not available.
My class works for me (http://kalence.drupa...!23H41333!6D3AG) And isn't that what matters?
So... my new thing is grenades. I've always stayed away from characters with grenades, or simply spec'd out of it. I feel like once you run out.. you kinda nerf an entire power tree of your character, felt unreliable.
Also, I don't like giving up my hack... erm I mean geth scanner in favor of grenade capacity.
But recently, I've made the plunge to the dark side, playing everybody who uses grenades. If you don't know, now you know... they're pretty good.

You don't need to rely on cyclonics for an infiltrator. Geth scanner or even shield power cells work just fine with her. But if you're uncomfortable learning a new method then sure, keep doing what you're doing. Although I'd go the melee route because her cloaked smackdown is pretty impressive and can get you out of a jam on some occasions.

Might I interest you in a traditionally equipped Geth killer?

The armor mod can be changed to whatever you like best. Although the cyclonics help a lot with Ravager acid, swarmers, Banshee Warp balls etc.
Ive been running around with a flamer-less geth trooper and its been working good out so far.
the shotgun/grenade thingy
Shocktrooper gear.
I used to skip Sticky's on her but even at rank 4 on a Pure Weapons build, they are still really powerful.
I would, but she refuses to let go of the Claymore she has now. Says she prefers the way it sounds. Some ladies can be fussy about stuff like that.
I get that. Still...She does some great things with a Talon, too.
Flamerless Geth Trooper with the CSR (Claymore Sniper Rifle).

Could somebody give me a Cryo VanillaSol build? I can't seem to make it work.

Fire acolyte at mooks or spawns as you sprint toward them, cs detonates, csmg is for big armored units. Grenades are for bosses or if you see two or more enemies together. Great on gold or below vs everything but geth, and it's still okay vs geth but you lose some damage since they're non organic.
Falcon or Venom is also a classic on the Cryo Soldier.

I don't really like the Cryo Soldier much (and I especially hate it with the Acolyte), but a lot of people seem to like the Lancer. It lets you fire for a long time without reloading.

Scimitar. Headshot, CS, over and over. Everything organic dies. Scimitar sucks for damage but it procs well has a high ROF and each CS to get a damage bonus needs cryo to reproc. Talon is better though but I could run the Talon or Arc Pistol on every kit in the game.
I wanted to make a platinum viable kit that's not just a less effective cheap copy of another kit. I went full weapon damage so when there are immune bosses in platinum I don't just stand around doing nothing.
The playstyle:
On mobs use Submission Net on the most dangerous enemy in a pack (marauder among cannibals, phantom among centurions) or randomly. Shoot the rest with the Wraith, then use Incinerate on the netted target for Tech burst. (If you are coming from far you can even set up 2 nets).
On bosses use Submission Net once every 10sec for the slow, otherwise just shoot. You can also use Incinerate to set up or detonate Tech combos for your teammates.
It's mostly a support build with lots of CC options. Alternatively you can use Incendiary ammo so you can make your own Fire Explosions, but that playstyle feels redundant. There are better kits for it.
Also on gold and below you can actually use 6/6/6/4/4 (you could even go as far as swapping Bloodlust 5b to 5a), because you don't have to rely that much on your gun there.
Won't call it incredibly fun, but it works so much better than expected that I feel like sharing: Collector's rifle ACA.
The last time I used Collector's rifle was on Silver and I hated it, but now that I have max lvl rifle and equipment, it works very well on Gold. I'm surprised how fast Scions and Praetorians melt. Ascension Stance - Dark Channel - shoot - repeat. And don't forget to summon the swarms for 40% damage reduction.
