Melee Fury.

 

She used to give me a trouble until I learned her strengths and weaknesses when punching/kicking enemies in the face. The best part is utilizing weapon amps to deal massive damage to bosses.

Well sad as it sounds, I never used to be able to get the hang of the no fitness AIU.
After playing a 46664 human infiltrator on gold very comfortably, I think hey, my health and shield aren't that much different from an AIU with no fitness investment.


Now I not only know, but fully understand how strong this kit is.


At the moment really enjoying the Quarian engineer couple. I never really played them, now they're my favourite. I love my Tech Wizardry

I had never tried the DM-less Destroyer, but have been using it recently with my newly acquired Venom X. So much fun. So much screenshake.

QMS w/ PPR (no robot hax),

semi-adept-semi-solder collector w/ any weapon.

I'll add to my Claymore Shaman the GI melee build... WHAT IN THE ACTUAL F*CK!!!   The most OP build I've used in a while, but it's so satisfying to melt boss enemies in a matter of seconds...

I just tried the melee GI and it's nuts. Went down fast, and the enemies went down faster. Cerberus/Reactor/Gold, first time using this setup. Got first or second place, can't quite remember. I'm not sure I'll play this kit this way again, but I think it's the most powerful melee build I've ever used.

Gotta give thanks to SlimJim for showing me his build. It's surprisingly effective. I had a lot of fun using this setup last night. Tech Armor + Punching things is a blast! Was pretty proud of my performance in that Cerberus/Reactor game. I need to improve when it comes to using this setup against Geth though.

Just respecced my KroGuard to a melee build (with a Raider) ... WAY more fun than the boring bog standard KroGuard / Reegar build I was using; and besides, putting a Reegar on a Krogan never sat right with me anyway!

Carnage, Inferno Grenades, Striker, Incendiary Ammo. He's like one of the Fahrenheit 451 firemen, just spreading flames everywhere. Probably not the most min max build for him, but it's fun. I stole it from someone else in a recent thread here, but I can't remember who.

Ive just discovered that the Turian Ghost Infiltrator goes very well with the Cerberus Harrier

 

Someone also taught me to use the Vorcha and to spec into "Flamer" so that I can stand behind walls and spam it all day.  It seemed pretty powerful for little effort.

 

Demolisher was just unlocked about two years ago for me, but I only recently learned to camp the ammo box and throw grenades at my teammates.  Im pretty sure the hateful mails they send me are just misplaced ways of saying "Thank you."

I finally started playing the shadow a bit more, no biotic slash as I hate that ability but she is pretty damn fun in gibbling things with her sword.  As others have said in the past it is a real pleasure to take out phantoms with a bit of their own medicine.  She is more survivable than I had thought as well.  I thought I'd be on my face constantly with that class but it's not too bad.

Its fun huh?   Very difficult to do  but wasnt it hilarious and stupidly OP?   Just was about decision making of what spawns to go after  And  against Cerberus you must have been dying from laughing     What do I see  2 phantoms and a goon?   smush    Did you get any Atlas kills?   bonus cool points right there

I have used an incredibly large amount of builds in gold, but I usually stay away from platinum because I dislike the method they used to ramp up the difficulty (and because I hate the DPS race mentality). Recently I was playing platinum with some competent friends and I found the Turian Sentinel with the Lancer is absolutely amazing on platinum.

 

I was topping the scoreboard with friends using this build and its a lot of fun.

I've been developing my nonexistent skills with the Venom Vorcha Sentinel. It's about the most abominable class for the other players. Flamer, Venom screenshake, Vorcha screams, and cluster grenades going everywhere. and I never get tired of seeing Rocket Troopers launch into the stratosphere: "How do you like your own medicine, ******??!!"

 

Together with a DAI spamming Recon Mine, it's a dream combination

This is pretty much my exact setup, except I take detonation radius on Tech Armour (for phantoms up close) and carry an Acolyte if I'm hosting, also for phantoms. It's an awesome build though, the Lancer perfect on pretty much every Turian.

 

As for stuff I discovered myself, I've been putting the Saber on a lot of classes recently and it's great. My favourite is probably the Geth Engineer, Hunter Mode bonuses and Overload really make the gun shine.

I don't think I meleed any Atlases, but I could kill pretty much anything else I could get close enough to. The downside was that GI has such low health, and I spent a lot of the match without shields, so with all the tricky sight lines on Reactor, I was really easy to take down. I'm not the most skilled player out there, though, and I'm sure many BSNers would have better luck staying on their feet with this build.

Melee AIU.  Using this build, which probably isn't optimal but whatever, it works.  If I'm off host, I switch out the Beserker Package for Grenade Capacity, as sometimes the Graal can be a bit...wonky, and having an emergency save pack or 7 is nice.
