Turian sentinel with Executioner, precisely with this build : http://kalence.drupa...12L52263!379AGG

why do you usually prefer only 3 points in Tech Armor / Fortification, etc?:

3xxx6 1425 Shields 35DR

over

4xxx4 1200 Shields 40DR

Is it because of the Recharge Speed, or would you prefer more shield then damage reduction, in general?

And would DR be better in combination with a Cyclonic?

35666 is just a build I used recently for a plat solo, in which I targeted the 10 waves survived medal. Of course, 46664 (or 36665 if you use a high level cyclonic) is better. But to be honest, I barely noticed the absence of the 6th rank of Warp, so I'm not really in a hurry to use a respec card for him.

Raider on the Fury. 4/4 Dark Channel/Passives.

Interesting.

I just bring along the equipment =Survivor Loadout V, an SMG (M-4 Shuriken X) with the Power Magnifier Mod. I play her against Cerebrus.

I used to like the Executioner a lot. But it frustrates me now mostly because it doesn't shoot what I'm aiming at half of the time.

I prefer the Carnifex. And I may finally start appreciating the Talon.

Yes, I've already heard about these hit detection problems with the Executioner. Luckily, I never had this kind of trouble with this gun.

As for the Carnifex, I retried it a few days ago and damn, what a water pistol it feels now ! Admitedly, I was using a pistol amp 1, but still. I may have played too much with Arc, Talon, Paladin, etc., to appreciate it again.

I still like the carnifex ^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^ but the paladin eclipsed it along time ago..I really like when someone else is using the carnifex..the sound of it being fired sounds like an old school hunting rifle.

Yeah, only nostalgia makes me use it sometimes nowadays. It felt like a good gun... back in 2012.

Ah, forgot about the ArcP. I used it so much while completing the Machnist banner, that I only bring it out on Quarian characters at the moment. Undoubtedly, it's better than Carnifex but the Carnifex hits hard enough while still being relaxing to use.

I don't have the Paladin and even when I get it, I doubt how much of a difference it will make at I vs a Carnifex X. My Talon's a III now.

BTW, does the Suppressor give any advantages because of that silencer?

I started using the Geth Infiltrator with the Geth Plasma Shotgun, that was a good and fun combination

carnifex is great. didn't get the Paladin yet?

I am torn with the Talon. I know it is great, it even can close the gap for characters who are not so good at stripping shields, for example the QFE.

BUT I just don't want to use the scope all the time in order to get this accuracy bonus. Shoot against a wall and check the spread - you will never want to shoot mooks without the scope again.
I like though that the accuracy even benefits further from hard cover because this lets you reach a new threshold, to attack from range

yesterday I tried the Justicar with the wraith and Warp IV. absolutely great against collectors and reapers.
Reave specced for recharge speed and barrier/armor.

sphere specced for aggressive use of course.

power amplifier IV if available.

without using the weight glitch you'd still have the armor weakening from Warp ammo.

pull is not really needed on this one.

... and the extra fitness helps to put the bubble over spawns. because of the Asari dodge (*this is true love*) it is definitely possible to put the bubble over any spawn (if you manage to avoid the sphere bug)
and these are the moments when the real fun begins...

^^ The Justicar is a monster that becomes the best kit in the game with Warp Ammo. I recently completed 200 waves with her while going for the Council Banner. Equipped with a Disciple X (light, powerful and Asari), 3 points in Pull and 5 ranks in Fitness I wrecked stuff. Makes a joke of Collectors. With even one more biotic on the team, I'm looking at sub-20s match time on Gold. She's yet another kit that graduates to Platinum for me, after Huntress, Destroyer and QME.

When I used to be a scrub, I made this thread. I don't know what the weight glitch is though.

As for the Talon, I needed some non-Alliance/non-Executioner pistol on the Batarian Adept. Funny that I should settle on a Cerberus one. Whenever I've used the Talon it's been on kits where I hardly ever use the weapon in hand (Slayer, Smashguard). Will report back on any good setup I can find for it.

so far I've just appreciated the Justicar for her fun-factor and utility (sphere and reave in a biotic teams. "Aggressice Sphere" to block pathways to objectives, etc.).
But with this setup she additionally became one of my "high-DPS-classes".
Yesterday she easily surpassed the 200k on gold.

the weight glitch lets you use heavy-weight mods on non-dlc-weapons
without having the negative effect on cooldowns.
However, you need a stable team (no people quitting and new people entering your squad during the game. when that happens, people using weight mods also can have an effect on that glitch)

I don't know what the weight glitch is though.

Check this from resource library.

And remember to not put any ULM on one of your weapons. This will negate the weight glitch effect.

...+ and don't forget to read all the comment posts - such as that the glitch is lost when somebody joins the game in progress

PE will consider as if the (heavy) weapon gear were not loaded. you can verify this by looking at your power cooldown times. before and after application.

I've been using this build lately also, it's Good. It made me appreciate the Phalanx again, when previously I'd forgotten it even existed

What Armor Bonus consumable do you prefer on the Warlord?

- Adrenaline to be able to back up away from a Banshee while shooting at her to stop her charging

- Cyclonic to tank Scion/Prime/Ravager shots

- Power to have to take fewer swings at enemies

- Shield Cells to not have to hide for too long

^Adrenaline, definitely. As you need to be constantly at close range with him, it makes reaching the next spawn more convenient and dealing with sync-kills units way easier. Once Rage is activated, the Warlord is already extremely resistant without cyclonic ; with the good maneuvers, he can still tank a Prime.

For a preset lobby VS Geth, on a small map, equiping a cyclonic might be appealing to go face-to-face with double Primes, but for Unknown / Unknown it's always adrenaline for me.

4 shot raider hsol is pretty fun, even though you're looking at the sky without stab mods.

I tried him with Adrenaline.

First match (UUG) was against Geth. Forgot to turn on Tech Armor until the 3rd wave. Damn, those things hit hard. Recovered but had to use cover constantly as being out in the open against these things is suicide. Forgot to use my Electrical Hammer (3 levels).

Got better in the second (UUG) against Cerberus/London. Only got sync killed once and that was because I couldn't see the little she-devil. Also, one Atlas can kill you in 3 shots if you stay out in the open. Even so, it was relatively smooth sailing as PUGs go.

When I first unlocked this kit, I started out playing aggressively. After I got synckilled often, I raged against the injustice of a scrawny nitwit killing a 1-ton plate armored brute with one stab. Then I got defensive. Now, I'm more balanced but there's still room for improvement. He's a really good kit that requires a bit of tactical understanding to play.

I tried the Saber but shotguns like Crusader and Claymore suit him more.
