I am being a Garrus

The reason for the melee damage bonus and no prox mine is because when left to his own devices in ME3 my garry was always incompetent with the prox mine (never could fire it at enemies) and he would also run up and gunbash light melee everything despite me giving him a ranged sniper with wallbang capabilities unless I positioned him specifically so he wouldn't do that (and even then he usually still would do it anyway).

And Marksman cuz Garrus got an upgrade

This looks suspiciously like my alt-account's TSol. Have you been spying on him?

(Ok, there's a few differences, like Proxy Mine instead of C-Shot. But his Mantis is stapled onto him, and he USUALLY gets the Phaeston, though today I gave him the Revenant... for reasons)

I've been playing the Huntress + Paladin heavy pistol a lot lately. It's working really well. Get to spend a lot of time murdering bosses on gold. :)

Turian Soldier with the Locust as main weapon ('cause weapon challenges   ) and the Adas for Phantom-killing duty.

"Look behind you, two phantoms coming for your butt!" - *whips out the Adas, Marksman, stagger-to-death, moving on headshotting everything with the Locust*.

Loving it!

Liking all Turian kits in general, even the Saboteur - might need practice with the Havoc soldier, but that's definitely on my to-do list :)

Salarian Engineer with the Venom is glorious, at least in the two matches I've used it so far.

I don't think I've used the striker since going for the BoTB banner. I think I was using it on the TSol and that was fun with Marksman and incendiary/disruptor rounds.

TGI + Striker + Incendiary Ammo. Start firing, THEN clock, then reload cancel with overload to detonate if the enemy survived.

This sounds silly, but it works in a crazy way due to bugginess of cloak and Striker's ramp-up. Full extended clip of unbroken cloak goodness is broken, makes the striker actually decent.

I get what you're saying because that's how I use my PPR TGI. Ramp>Cloak>Wait for iiiiit>Cloak again

My dirt eating Volus Vanguard and my Juggy. Both are a ton of fun, especially the molus. Nothing more satisfying than charging a fantum and bashing her head off. Also the stareTM you receive from pugs. Priceless!

NutPuncher is old news, but he is so fun to play once you get it right. Sadly, I found the Shields/Melee trade-off wasn't really doing much for me, that Martial Artist is basically where his damage comes from. I always spec my Volus Vanguard with Martial Artist and full Shields, this way I can either run him as Invisible Bowling Ball, or NutPuncher, without worrying about how he is specced overall. It may be slightly not optimal, but it means I don't have to check his powers everytime I want to use him.

It's also hard to go wrong with an FE Juggernaut, I run Power Amps on him, because why not? However, I totally understand and agree with running Adrenaline Module, he is painfully slow (I wish he atleast had a run button, or maybe a slightly higher base speed).

They are some of my most enjoyed character setups, so I totally see how you find them fun :)

(PS: That moment when the mic pug notices what your NutPuncher is doing is priceless)

My dirt eating Volus Vanguard

Try it with no Batgaunt and Bonus Charge on your Biotic Charge sometime if you haven't already.

SE is also my fav kit now a days. I don't cheese though :P. 3 points in decoy. Decoy may not be as good CC as combat drone but I totally love it as it 100% of times fools phantoms, collector captains and marauder. Valiant + Distuptor ammo.

I'm sure I've posted these before, in other threads, but it's been a while.  I've never seen anyone else roll the sentinel this way.  The others I've seen maybe twice ever.

The no-warp human sentinel.  Claymore.  Shoot, throw, shoot, throw, shoot throw for the entire match.  Extra points for each claymore reload that you hide in the throw animation.  Surpisingly fun.  Surprisingly effective.  Tech bursts, biotic detonations, kills everything quick.  A team of four of these would be a blast.

The turian stagger soldier.  This is really a lolfest.  A constant barrage of AoE projectiles.  Discover how much marauders and other mooks cheat with stagger mechanics.  Drive your sniping teammates crazy with screenshake. A team of four of these would be a blast.

Dawn, the human melee adept.  Big booms.  Awesome close range crowd control.  Forceful AoE melee attach will send husks and nemises into the next map, abombs into the nearest teammate.  Massive damage spikes vs brutes, scions, any large armored target.  First mentioned in an old, old thread.  A team of four of these ...

Isn't it just yellow health that takes extra damage from biotics? ;)

I've been experimenting a lot with melee huntress build courtesy of tjbearpig. It works quite well with cyclonics IV on gold and reasonable lag off host. I can get killstreaks if rushing a spawn and using crusader with drill ammo. Also, it looks like it ignores phantom's bubble and damage resistances. I've just had a game where I was able to send two bubbled/flipping phantoms flying across the map with one melee.

Also experimenting with human adept melee and it is substantially more tricky. It does more damage to armor compared to huntress but does not reliably one hit kill shielded mooks on gold. I still have not figured out completely the distance and cone angle. IMHO, this build is quite difficult to master properly especially off host. I'm not sure about force as well. However, it does stagger phantoms.

Although both builds are extreme fun.

I recently mentioned despawning enemies by knocking them off the map with the Human Adept, it almost convinced me to make them a melee build, probably will next time I promote (lol, probably never). Much fun to be had with that one. I guess singularlity and shockwave staggers are useful in CC to keep you alive?

I know everyone and their grandma has already done this kit before, but I got the Harrier about a day ago and have only just started using it on the TGI. Stabilization module means a constant stream of headshots. I think I'm in love.

I have a hate-love relationship with my Harrier. It's great but I curse it for running out of ammo every game. Repeatedly.

And no, 'using it sparingly by pulsing the trigger' is not an option for me.

Friend made fun of me every time he heard my character yell about ammo. "Oh, are you out of ammo again?" and "I was wondering why you were running away from the enemies." It's a struggle.

This is the first time I've ever seen you mention that combination. I was under the impression you didn't like it.

Hmm I know what's even better than QFI+Lancer -- Since earlier this week, I'll now play with QFI + Lancer III  :P

With the amount of sticky grenades I throw, I actually end up running to the ammo box more when I play her than I do with a Harrier.

That's why I logically often pair Harrier to my grenade spamming characters. :)

I felt particularly silly running to boxes with a Lancer in one game, with a grenade kit.

TGI and Harrier make a good combination, imo, because I have to run to ammo crates all the time anyway to restock on stimpacks after running into crowds like an idiot.
