No, the default from the first game had a completely different hairstyle/color/and in a small sense facial structure.
It's nice to see them finally showing some Femshep screens though, even if it is three to four days before launch...

Argh! I don't know what to do... My most complete playthrough was with my ManShep who I accidentally made look really stupid... but my FemShep looks awesome and I adore Jennifer Hale so I really don't know who to import first!

Import your main character (manshep) and change his face. Its an option in ME2 import.

Sure, I'm glad BioWare finally acknowledges the existence of FemShep, but do you not notice a big difference? The hair actually looks like hair! My FemShep surely is getting a new haircut!
