Pretty sure it's been said that you can continue playing the game after the ending, so I don't think the Inquisitor will die.
Unless they pull a fake ending on us a la Red Dead Redemption, where we continue playing with a new character, but I seriously doubt it.

Well we can choose to either save the world or let it burn so I assume in one of those at least you live, I really doubt a mandatory PC death will be in the game though.

This, you don't play AFTER the game, you play BEFORE the final mission.

Unless they change the world state to reflect what you did in the game, it won't make a bit of difference.

You could play Awakening with a dead Warden. It depends on the nature of the post game content and what they mean by that.

I already brought up the likelihood of continuing with a new character. It's certainly possible but highly unlikely imo.
I m sure Dorian will be gay only, I don't know, this moustache... damn this awesome moustache, Freddie Mercury etc 
I m very disapointed with Sera, she's a great character and she's lesb only, this is dumb because I really like her, she should be bi 
So what do we have for us guys ? Cassandra ? Meh don't like her personality and she has a guy face. Vivienne ? Sorry but I m not attracted by black women (and don't like her personality at all), there is Scribbles and she seems to be black too... 
Well I will have to wait for Mass Effect 4 and i hope Bioware won't do a poor job like that on male romances this time.

Awakening was an expansion, separated from the original game, so it made sense to have a new Warden.
Here it's post-ending gameplay in the same game, so how would that work ? We'll have to create a new character ? at level one ? how about the background ?

I believe when they say "content" they probably mean that you will be able to travel around and discover the things you may have missed throughout the main plot. I doubt there will be much in the way of new story arcs.

I think it's safe to assume that Inquisition will be more like ME2 in this respect. Even if the Inquisitor can die, like how Shepard can die in the suicide mission, a surviving Inquisitor will simply be around for you to play after the story is over.
I'm curious as to what this can mean for any story-based DLC's that may come down the line. I assume there will be at least a couple.

The cruel person in me kind of hopes that ME4's only female LI other than an asari is a female turian and possibly even the first female batarian to be shown in the franchise. Anyway, it's this kind of attitude that fuels the schadenfreude that goes on about Sera. She only has to be what the writer wishes her to be. It would be the same as saying that Morrigan should have been bisexual.
As for the ethnic thing, I'm loath to get into that issue, because aside from being a matter of personal preference, it can lead a thread to bad places, but I don't really see the point of this mention, because this is no longer about options for guys, but rather options for you (though arguably the same could be said about Cass' appearance). In that respect, I see no reason to be sympathetic.
On that note, am I the only one that is a little disappointed that a female Warden simply cannot join Morrigan into the eluvian?

Aliens (scoffs). Even if I found any of those attractive I wouldn't touch them with a ten foot pole on principle only 
On a more serious note, don't have everyone pay for the sinners' wrongs. It's not nice!
