To fight stereotyping, qunari should have comically small penises (by human standards). Human penises are (comparatively) pretty large for our size vs. other primates anyway.

I'm normally the lovable rogue in my party so I usually didn't have much need for Varric or Isabela and when I did need a rogue I'd take along Sebastian because... that voice (even if he was more than a bit pious and my Hawke was a heathen ******). They're basically compatible with humans, but that covers a lot of ground. They could be even more disproportionately huge than humans, for all we know.

It's a fantasy world. I still think it makes the issue for the sake of making an issue. When they could make it more about Iron Bull being unable or unwilling to be with Dwarves or Elves for personal reasons. It still feels like the punchline of a very poorly written joke. Or maybe Iron Bull is so insensitive to the person he is with and physically hurts them... and then that brings up abuse. It's a vague area that can be problematic.

Saemus and Ashaad. Saemus is confirmed as gay. The love/relationship is implied, at least from Saemus' side. But there's no confirmation that their relationship was a sexual one.
