And seriously people. Stop with the Varric Dwarven exclusion. Garrus said he wasn't into humans either.

We have gated romances and Varric was the one guy who already has a preference against humans and--and--and-- 

 

It just makes more sense to me that Varric would remain uninterested in humans, especially now that we have race restrictions on some romances. Of course, they could have Varric have a change of heart about humans, that's always a possibility.

I could see that as a growth of Garrus's character tho now i only ever played MaleShep so i only ever had Garrus as my bro. Hes with you for three games and he grows and changes if your a FemShep its not that hard to think in the time he knows and gets to know FemShep his preference changes over time thats character growth. I mean when i was a kid i didnt like tomatoes as i got old i started to love them! Ha but thats my opnion i see it as i growth. I mean i love how Garrus became my MaleSheps best friend over a period of time.

IMO I thought his comment was intended to poke fun at Hawke and wasn't meant to be taken so seriously.

 

 

 And I have to mention this but no one really cared about Garrus getting with Tali despite HIS earlier comments either. Yes Tali too, since he clearly stated "I've never considered cross species intercourse" Tali is a different species so Garrus reconsidered. No arm flailing about that though LOL.

Considering Hawke is trying to get into a relationship with Merrill at this point, it would be kind of awkward if Varric had really flirted back with Hawke there, wouldn't it? It seemed to me like he was trying to help his friend out and lighten the mood. Nothing to be taken too seriously by any means.

 

Like I said, this happens when Hawke is flirting with Merrill, not Varric. 

 

I'm curious about Tali's age as well. She was young when you encountered her in Mass Effect 1 but in 2 Shepard had been dead for a couple years so...wouldn't she have aged in that time? Didn't everyone age while Shepard was dead?

 

 

Also I could be wrong but I don't remember anyone ever stating her exact age in the game. Does anyone have a source for that?

The addition of Race Restrictions is a double edged sword true it will add depth to the Lis and I am all in favor of that but not at the expense of hindering certain Races "Qunari/Dwarfs".

 

I think straight Male Qunari/Dwarfs will feel the brunt of the Racegating because honestly they have limited female options and since any Li for straight Male Qunari/Dwarfs will likely be pure NPC romances who do you have seriously.

I got nothing for this because the Qunquisitor is a Vashoth and I cant see any Female Qunari "Follower of the Qun" romancing outside the Qun. Maybe a Female Tal Vashoth Mercenary but I dont know we will have to wait and see I guess.

 

Granted alot of concerns could be alleivated by B-Ware  just telling us who the Lis are and their prefrences heres hoping they do that.    

 

So B-Ware lets have that Chart come on releaseing it will make alot of fans feel better.

He probably changed his tune after Tali made him sit through "Fleet and Flotilla"   . Perhaps the key to Varric's heart will be getting him to read "Chantries and Thaigs".

He is Bisexual/Pansexual, that's been confirmed. Whether or not he's a romance option has not.

 

Not really. Patrick Weekes said he "will hope into bed with anyone he's reasonably sure he won't break." While this does imply bisexuality, I've heard similar descriptions ("S/he'll sleep with anyone!") about people who are totally and completely straight. While I think it's enough to make me believe that Bull is bisexual, it's hardly enough to confirm it.

Aren't dalish supposrd to be anti-human by nature. Dwarf male got a quick fling in DAO, but female dwarves got nothing, poor dalish got neither. Not with Liara, that romance/friendship culmination in ME3 was some of the best writing ever.  About on par with the Jack romance in ME2.  Though they did make up for it with the Citadel DLC.

But it's also another example to show a dalish at least may not be against a quick fling with a shem. Although honestly I'd say most of them wouldn't care for really romancing one.

My biggest fear is Leliana is gonna go all mass effect 3 Jacob for FemSheps on my Warden. Ha ha but again Character development that would break my heart </3. Atleast for me id like to think my version of Leliana has missed but still loved her Warden!
