You trying to cure lesbians?

That's not what she was doing. It was merely head cannon fun. Let's not go to that place.
It was a joke, albeit one tinted by my great dislike of Iron Bull.

I like the idea of Dorian and Iron Bull, given the backgrounds. I also could see Leliana and Cullen, but methinks Leliana and Sera could be slightly more organic. Leliana does remark in Origins something to the effect of how beautiful she finds elves (if you're an elf Warden and such).

Its all about the Inquisitor + some random NPC you only see once in the game. ![]()

I like the idea of Leliana and Sera. They seem they could balance each other, maybe. Or drive each other crazy. I think Leliana likes some chaos though, lol.

I am 100% here (there?) for Leliana and Sera. I hate that all of the NPC romances/flirtations thus far have been m/f (although I don't oppose Alistair/Leliana and I like Isabela/Fenris, I prefer both Leliana and Isabela with women).
I think Dorian/Iron Bull would be interesting, too. Also, hilarious. Could you imagine the banter?
Also, for the record, I love Anders and his romance. I (try to) avoid talking about him to anyone who isn't a close friend these days, but he's still my favorite character in DA2. I consider my main Andersmancing Hawke to have a pretty happy ending, all things considered, and I think the arc was overall well done, although almost too melodramatic for my usual tastes. I would like something much more low-key this time around.

I agree, only add Fenris to that list as well. His ending certainly wasn't like Anders, but he was very high maintenance as well throughout the whole game. First time I romanced him, I thought I had screwed up when he broke up with my Hawke. ![]()

DAI companions and advisors hooking up? Cullen with Dorian unless Cullen is straight, then he fits with Leliana with my opinion. I have still feeling that Cass and Cullen don't get along. I don't have any proof and I'm usually wrong with my feelings. But they don't get along, m'kay? ![]()
Dorian and Solas would be intresting as well. And Cass and Vivienne ![]()

I though so as well so my Hawke moved to Anders since I though Fenris left her for good ^^;

I think Cassandra, Leliana, and Cullen will all butt heads. Scribe Girl will try to act as the peace maker.
Interesting. I always pictured them the three that would get along the most. Care to elaborate? I'm curious. ![]()

I like Anders a lot too, even more the character itself than the romance, I'd say. In fact, I think I like it better being just his friend, and I don't feel like I'm loosing much not romancing him despite his involvement in the main plot. I'd even say I feel just the opposite, that because of their involvement, this kind of characters with lots of screen time, are always given a very nice friendship path. IMO, Anders and Alistair (and Garrus and Liara in ME) have great friendship stories, much better than the ones for Fenris or Zevran (or Kaidan in ME). So, for me (so far), it's a double win romancing the non plot-relevant characters: a "better" romance and a "better" friendship ![]()
Also about the people liking Anders but not being loud about it, well, if being loud means getting into those endless mages vs templar debates (and is it or is it not what Anders does justified, etc), you can definitely count me as one of those who are not... I always play very pro-elf and pro-mage, but I don't dare to set foot in that kind of thread ![]()
And, I'd say: Cassandra and Sera, IB and Vivienne, Dorian and Backwall better yet, Dorian and Solas

I have always expected the advisers not to get along and fight each other a lot. I'd have included Scribbles in that. Like : Leliana "let's be discret", Cullen "let's be clear" and Scribbles "let's be diplomatic"

Leliana will disagree with Cullen and Cassandra because they favor more martial solutions while she'll want to use more covert, 'dishonorable' methods. Cullen and Cassandra will agree on method but will dislike one another personally. I expect that Cassandra's personality will remind Cullen of Meredith.
Not the 'crazy' Meredith of act 3, but the highly aggressive, outspoken, and charismatic Knight-Commander who managed to carve a spot for herself in Kirkwall.
Scribe Girl is the more diplomatic adviser so it makes sense that she'll attempt to sooth things over between the three.
I expect one of the reasons the Inquisitor is able to become the leader is that Cass, Cullen, and Leliana want to set things right, but tend to clash when it comes to personality and methods.

A person dedicated to diplomacy will try to not get involved in the various arguments. No one wants to work with you if you constantly disagree with them.

I don't think Cassandra and Cullen will butt heads. They seem to prefer a similar approach, the direct one, judging by the interviews about Leliana and Cullen.I think Cassandra, Leliana, and Cullen will all butt heads. Scribe Girl will try to act as the peace maker.
The might have clashing personalities though.

Yes, reading what you wrote later, I was thinking it made sense. However, I can't help picturing her getting exasperated at their "fooliness" for always trying to make things difficult when a more diplomatic approach could avoid trouble. Something like that, I don't know

High Maintenance! My decision to friendmance him as a mage completely turned the course of my first playthrough. For the better, in my opinion, but high maintenance is still a bit of an understatement.
