Wait wait WHAT. Dagna is romance? And a bi one?

Nope.  We know that there are eight romances and that one of the three remaining spots is going to a non-companion, non-advisor character, so now Dagna and Celene have jumped up in the speculation.

 

Yesh it is I did just get done reading her info and I love the sound of her I'm just a HUGE sucker for pretty eyes and freckles and she has both it's very hard for me not to be distracted by that. Considering I usually try to play as a more middle ground peace keeper it'll be nice to see if any of my PCs mesh well with her I really hope they do. (I don't think I've been to terribly excited about any of the female LIs until now  )

 

Agreed.  As much as I'm mourning the Vivienne romance that was never to be, I'm looking forward to my Josephine romance for my f/f playthrough.

Happy she seems to be getting a positive reception from others. I don't find her that appealing based on the reveal. Have to see if she grows on me in game. My first inquisitor will be chasing cass for certain anyhow.

I'm also scared about this ...I mean I know they had more time and everything.

But I'll wait and see , if having so much much content was worth it.

I'm not just talking about romances , I'm also a bit scared about having 12 npc with a huge role.(companions/advisors)

I don't see why everyone is so convinced Dagna would be dwarf-only if she is a romance option. 

 

I'd say that all except Qunari would be more likely.

 

I seriously doubt any LI would be limited to a single race, with the possible exception of Vivienne, who I am convinced would be limited to humans only due to the scandal associated with interracial couples.

I'm going to have to make so many more DAO/DA2 runs. (That Keep better work perfectly.) I only have nine planned--I wasn't expecting this!

Straight male- 2 (+ 1 for dwarves)

Straight female- 2 (+1 for qunari)
Gay male- 2 (+1 for qunari)
Gay female- 2 (+1 for dwarves)

 

So no- some races would have more.

 

So hopefully I do get to make a horny qunari for my "sleep-with everyone playthrough" and get to shag 5 people. Woot!

What would be the story reason for Dagna to not be available for qunari Inquisitors though?  That last tweet said that the two race-gated options had story-driven reasons.  They've already alluded to an excuse for IB.

I'm not sure, but what would be the story reason for her to be dwarf only? If anything going by her character she would be mage only. 

 

It only makes more sense to me because it removes the most obviously difficult romance scene.

1. Is the dragon shown in the first few trailers a different species to the Ferelden Frostback shown in the more recent trailers? (Name?  )

2. How long in game does the inquisition take place breach to 'end game'.

3. Are there romance options outside of companions or advisor

I really want Vivienne to be a LI, I don't think she's out yet. The non-advisor npc romance option could be male.

She's not 100% out.  But Vivi as an LI would mean three human females out of the four LIs.  We already have a straight HF and a bi HF for romance options.  I think it's likely that the fourth will be of another race and that only leaves options outside of the companions.

 

But no one really knows.
