I'm just reminded of an old joke, adapted for the DA universe:

 

Zevran  meets Sten in the Hanged man. Stoic, grim, no-nonsense "women are women and I am a warrior" Sten.

So Zevran goes to the barkeeper and makes a bet. "5 sovereigns that I can make Sten laugh." 

Barkeeper agrees, Zevran goes over to Sten, whispers something in his ear, Sten bursts out laughing. Barkeeper offers Zevran the money, but Zevran  ups his offer:

So Zevran goes to Sten, they both dissapear into one of the quiet rooms, and when they come back, Sten is flooded with tears, looking really ashamed.

If rivalry romance is an option, Vivienne and I will have violent hate-sex. Sparks will fly, and precious robes will be torn apart.

Otherwise, Sera and Dorian are pretty high on my list.

 

But I will fly with whatever Bioware throws at me and probably end up in bed/tent/haystack whoever makes the best jokes.

I'll be starting with a male inquisitor, looking at companions options now Sera the character i was interested is gone there's only Cassandra who i feel i might possibly be able to build something around as my dislike all available info on Vivienne is strong and scribbles is an npc so largely worthless imo. If i find the experience rewarding then i'd probably do a 2nd run as a female romancing Sera.

I think the reason some people peg Dorian as being gay is because of his looks,he has a flamboyant appearance which is a common stereotype among gay men.

 

Pretty much that.

 

He's well groomed and flamboyant so people assume he's gay. He may very well turn out to be, but I don't know if we should assume that is a fact just based on his appearance. Cassandra looks butch, and if we knew nothing about her and she hadn't been a character in a previous game, people would probably be assuming she is a lesbian. But she is most likely going to end up either a bisexual romance option or a straight one.
