Lesbian have classy-Josephine and yolo-Sera already for them. The only people currently getting the short end of the stick are straight female PCs.
They are currently stuck with Alistair/Carth/Anomen/Kaidan/Sky-wannabe Cullen has their sole straight romance and one bisexual dude (or more) among: grumpy-Varric, ptsd-yolo-casual-sex-IronBull, introvet-elf-Solas and terminally-ill-vulgar-old-man-Blackwall.
Gay male PCs aren't that much lucky: fashionista-Dorian or one of the above.
I am a straight female and cannot wait to romance the hell out of Sera.
I could almost see Vivienne hooking up with someone controversial for the sake of shock value, or to show other Game playing folk that they can't predict her future actions. She seems very intelligent-- I can't imagine she couldn't find SOME way to get an advantage out of whoever she was romancing. Could be a good bit of drama too-- confronting her about her motives for being with you. A romance with the Inquisitor evolving from pure politically convenience to truly held feelings? Lots of romantic potential there, I think.
That's what I think. I think she'd be like Morrigan, seducing him for personal gain until he cracks that icy shell. In Vivienne's case, instead of pregnancy, she likes to keep pretty things on her mantlepiece and likes to keep powerful pieces for The Game.
I feel like I'm describing her as a bit of a gold digger, but that's not quite what I'm trying to say. I doubt she walks into a room and makes a mental list of important people to bed, but if the inquisitor shows some interest, she might reciprocate because power. At first.

Sooooooooo is that a confirmation on him or another tease? I need to know if its too early to start putting up overly excited gifs. It sounds like a confirmation buuuuut I'm not going to feel better until I hear a straight yes or no : (

There is clearly a market for qunari and dwarf romances, Varric in particular. You will make money this way.

We've had four dev 'hints' that he's a romance. I agree that it's not confirmed, but it's about as close to it as we can get at this point. He's totally going to be one of the remaining 3 LIs.

Yup. I won't say confirmed yet, but it's as close to confirmed as we can get without outright Dev confirmation. At least for the Bull. Vivienne is more a matter of elimination and trying to keep things fair.

I'm going to be surprisingly disappointed if Vivienne isn't a LI. Sometimes I wanna play an ambitious character. My Couslands nearly always end up on the throne. Had a Lady Cousland friendzone Alistair to a shameful degree while she took up with Zevran. Thought it was a nice touch that Alistair is more nervous and stand-offy when he meets her in Awakening this way, instead of all lovey and affectionate like he is when my girls romance him. Exactly the appropriate reaction to being told, "You're a nice friend...but no. By the way, we're getting married and you're the king now, thought you ought to know. Um...can you do this favor for me and meet Morrigan upstairs? Wait here a minute while I go slay the archedemon."
After ME3, and if it's on accident (I don't think they planned it that way, and I do give the DA team way more credit then that) then why not give straight women an extra romance? I'm not saying that to be mean or rude, just to let you know, so please don't take it that way. Trade Solas or Blackwall for Vivienne as a bisexual and it's still largely balanced out.

They said only 2 of the LI's will be race gated for story reasons.
