I really couldn't see that since didn't it say in his info he won't care for someone that sees him as just an elf? So why would he see someone as just a non elf? If he is an LI at all that is.

I think in a world with different sentient species, attraction for a specific species is as much as an orientation as attraction for a specific gender.
It's a bit of a cognitive dissonance for us who don't know other sentient species and thus can only discriminate based on gender.
I frankly don't think any reasons that aren't "Iron Bull's penis is just too big" will amount to much more than that.

In keeping with my theme, there are lots of ways for Solas to have sex with non-elves that have a 0% chance of children.

Speculated before the races see one another differently, like the dwarves seeing qunari as so disgustingly huge it takes some of the appeal away. There's bound to be differences of opinion, namely with the PC. Might be fun to explore through NPC and codices.

I'm expecting race gating to be based on IB's monster wang (maybe it also has horns) and on Vivienne's unwillingness to date someone overly scandalous. I'm not saying it's plot perfect, but it's what I'm expecting right now.

As I stated before, I think she's skilled enough to use scandal to earn her points in The Game. Also, she likes exotic imports.

Dwarves, Elves and Qunaris are biologically different, even moreso than a human male is biologically different than a human female.

I'm not 100% sure that would be the problem, it could also be that IB is pretty rough in bed and could actually hurt people who are physically weak. (See Twilight: The One Where They Have Sex for example)

If he had such a package, I don't think he'd find much stress relief in tavern full of everyday people, I might suggest him Dragon's lairs if he wants a run for his money 
...I think I'm one of the few, outside of Maria and some others, that don't think "baby's arm" when it comes to Iron Bull. I've seen too many pictures of both greater apes and of tall/large men to know that isn't always true.
About that possible 'I could break you' excuse if Iron Bull is an LI kind of seems lame to me since as the PC we're going to be doing crazy and difficult things anyway like fighting off giants and dragons and demons, kind of hard to tell someone you think they're too fragile for you after they took down a dragon just a few hours ago. Though that's just my two cents on it.

PCs tend to be held to a higher standard. And ours DID just walk out of the thedasian equivalent of a nuclear blast...
