You'll definitely get one, since Solas, Varric, IB and Blackwall are all at least in their forties .

Do we know IB's age? The only one we are sure about is Solas, because of the tweet. Blackwall looks older, so I can assume on him as well.

 

Varric is 30s-40s, but since we don't know his exact age in DA2, we don't know for sure that he is 40's (I'm guessing late 30s)

I just want to romance him :[ Maybe humans mostly if no qunaris around? I do think he is bi but not sure if bioware said they will make it even or fair amount

We know Varric's. He was both in 9:01. A codex on the Tethras family stated his father was exiled in 8:99, and two years later Varric was born.
For IB, is more about his appeareance, though his limited past info lead me to believe he's not young.

Huh. That's interesting. I would have thought magic would even things out, but then again, I guess the vast majority of people don't have access to it.
