Fyi, I just asked David and he confirmed that there are still 2 romances who are racegated. Didn't want to bug him so didn't ask anything else. So there you go, lol.

The only ones who make sense race-gated are Varric and Vivienne.

And there's like a 0.1% chance he'll be Bisexual anyway.
And I still wouldn't want him if he was Bi.
I wasn't planning a human playthrough anytime soon, if ever.
However, I will make my third playthrough (after my elf mage with Cassandra and qunari warrior with Sera playthroughs) a human rogue if Vivienne is romanceable.

I wouldn't really rule out the Straight and gay LIs as not race-gated until a dev confirms it
Yeah, I'm starting to think Varric might be one of the last two. And it makes absolute sense to race gate him. Not feeling so good about Solas unless we get a 5/3 split.

I don't see the straight and gay romance being race gated because they are already gender gated, so to me its going to be Vivi being humans only and bi, and hopefully Varric being dwarf only for the Varric fans

Well, selfishly (very selfishly) I'd rather have whatever distribution that gives me Solas but, yes, obviously, having 4/4 is more important...
I don't see sera or dorian rejecting any race, idem for cass and cullen, they are restrictive enough by being straight/gay Love interests
The devs said during the Raptr Q&A that ONLY two were race-gated and now David is saying that the last two are those exact two, right?
Seriously, I question the safety of this.
