I hope qunaris will have lot of romance options. I guess i'm being selfish but if possible I probaply play mostly qunari if I can still romance Cullen, Dorian and Cass with one ^^
I don't have the heart to tell you that two out of those three might be a bit jaded because of previously bad experiences/cultural differences with qunari. ;A;

To be honest, I would be upset if they had Varric finally get over Bianca, only to have a NPC I haven't seen since 2009 (Origins) come and steal his heart. I really hope the writers haven't done that to him, but it is their sandbox we play in after all. Besides, my first Inquisitor has been long planned as a lady dwarf, so hopefully I get a pleasant surprise when they finish announcing the LIs.
In girls restrooms you can't breath because of all that hairspray and in boys restrooms someone might have peed on the wall? (well that happens only in elementary schools.. i hope). ^^
Must just be english men that have bad aim then, I'll admit the only times I've ever been in male toilets is when I've been incredibly drunk...it's probably expected then.

I'd sympathize for those that play a Dwarven Femquisitor, and are interested in experiencing a Varricmance, only to see that happen.

For one, you both mutually wanted to be in a relationship with each other. That's not the same as one of you seekritly biding your time until you think you've earned yourself a joyride. Both of you being emotionally invested at the same time negates the entire premise of "friendzone". So, no, I don't think she was feeling entitled to sex. I think she was saying that she was too emotionally invested in you to be able to not feel jealousy if and when you moved on. And, if you'll be honest with yourself, I'd bet you'd feel the same way if the circumstance would have presented itself.

And whilst I personally dislike the term "friendzone" I still disagree with many of the stigmas that follow it around, all too often they rely on the assumptions of the person doing the "friendzoning."

I think that would be cool TBH. Has he confirmed to not be a LI, yet? Because if he was romance able as a dwarf a lot mor epeople would play dwarves
I'm assuming he did too, I say assuming because I didn't even know my friend was asexual until last year, and i've known her for over ten years, since secondary school! It's a tricky situation all around imo.
Yeah, it really is. For a long time I didin't tell anyone because of the social stigma being 'arguably' being more misunderstood than being LBGT. I have had crap thrown at me from gays,bis,trans,straights and after a while you just want to consign yourself to being alone forever because it's easier than having yourself broken by so many 'partners' simply because you don't want to put out. What's even more depressing is when it's even the same in video games.

I wouldn't like that. In fact, I prefered Kotor in terms of story telling, because your main character really had a great background story in that game. I think it's stupid, if the companions get a big story and the main character you played just get killed, because he's useless now. If I create a character I want someone special, and not someone who only serves in one game and then, can be killed as if he'd never existed. ._.

It'd be kind of important if you romanced Anders in DA2 arguably.
He did sort of blow up a chantry and kills lots of innocent people and spark the mage/templar war...
DA:O though, there's a hint that Orlais wants to reclaim Fereldan, and it probably doesn't help that either of the potential current leaders of Fereldan are probably, maybe, kinda sterile.
My Queen Cousland was probably dealing with a lot of headache and heartache with Eamond's insisting of Alistair to make babies.

This is the point that I was trying to make dozens of pages ago when I said that I would like a character less if they couldn't look past a particular race in this aspect. I can understand Varric or Cullen being trepidatious around a qunari Inquisitor at first, but I would find it a character flaw if they blamed my qunari because of things that members of the Qun, who happened to be the same race as my qunari, did several years earlier. I'm not saying that it's impossible for them to feel that way, only that it would make me like the character less because of it.

It's impossible to pull off something like KOTOR without making the character an amnesiac. Since people can see that coming a mile away , it's not something that's easy to repeat.Planescape Torment was arguably the best of the lot, but that's a pretty unique game.
