If it's not to rude to ask whats wrong with the qunari? Just don't like the look of them?
Nah not rude at all. Romantically I don't find them desirably, as for them as a race don't have any major problem with them. I just would opt out of romancing one.
I really hate the Qunari's belief system. I mean, I like what it adds to the story, but I'm never going to like a Qunari as an individual. I wonder if IB will leave, though, and how he's even going to have a relationship, if not. The Qun's standpoint on romantic relationships should really come up. It's kind of a big deal.

I'm guessing that will definitely be incorporated into the romance somehow. I hope it doesn't create too much drama. why am i always attracted to the dramatic romances
So Iron Bull is a pansexual LI and he was supposed to be gated but ended not being because John E. is an amazing animator.
Technically, I don't believe he is an animator. He's a cinematic designer. Which probably means he found good ways to shoot animations that may or may not have been created between Iron Bull and every gender/race variation.
So kudos to the animators as well, for making the good animations to begin with.

Since we know Iron Bull is a romance I would be VERY shocked that his struggle in his belief in the Qun doesn't come into play, I have a feeling that we'll have some push and pull in weather or not he leaves it for good.
Yeah, I'm hoping a romance will push him to possibly leave that part of his past behind, personally. Not big on the Qun myself, but find the horned race to be very cool looking and IB's personality to be awesome sounding so far.
Sigh I really want to romance this new Leliana after seeing that 14 min demo. It feels like some cruel tease that I dont get her even as a companion let alone a romance

Same. They're utterly fascinating but I my protags would run in the opposite direction from that religion. Nice to watch but not so nice to interact with.
Hopefully you can get him to leave the Qun regardless (or encourage him to stay on it yay choices and variations). So it won't just be tied to the romance.

Normally I would feel very squicky trying to change a character's religious beliefs BUT I am VERY selfish and I want Iron Bull darn it 
though an arc with his religion coming into play (though I hope that doesn't take up the bulk of his arc since I'd like a fun loving kind of romance) would be very interesting to see and confusing for my dwarf who doesn't take much stock in any religion.

I second that. She seems much more interesting then the other female characters. I would gladly romance her over any of them any day.
And yeah, I'm never going to be like "hey Bull, leave the Qun!" that's just wrong... and also, apparently he doesn't like when people do stuff like that (duh) 
But I'm thinking he's going to have some major conflict with that depending on the choices we make (and especially if he falls in love with the pc) and hoping that he can make that decision on his own.

There are some aspects of the Qun I like, and others I don't. Same with the Chantry, the dwarven culture, and even the Dalish. I'm interested in seeing how IB's relationship with the inquisitor unfolds whether it's a romance or not, myself :3
There are some interesting things they can do with his belief system. After all, just because he follows and believes in the Qun, doesn't mean he's going to force it down your throat, nor does it really mean he believes in it as strictly as the most iconic Qunari we've seen. There are more casual believers in all faiths, whether it's in real life or in a fantasy setting. And he's already been described as having a fairly different outlook from most followers of the Qun. I personally won't be bothered if I can't turn him away from the Qun xD

EDIT: You know, I think if anything I'd prefer something like they did with Leliana in Origins. Where you can encourage him towards a less strict belief in the Qun, but not pushing him away from it completely. In Origins Leliana doesn't lose her faith if you harden her, but she becomes less fanatical/whimsical in her belief of it.

Still believe that she is the most attractive female character in the game. Oh and Leliana has gone pretty bamf over the last few years, love it! Bioware be trollin' us tbh.

While in a romance he might have more reasons (like staying with the pc) I believe if he ends up very friendly with a non-romanced pc, he will probably ask them their opinion and be able to be influenced by them on the matter.

If he's anything like Sten (I know, long stretch) standing up to him will actually make him respect you. I know personality wise he's no Sten, but perhaps it's something common for those who follow/were raised in the Qun. I've also heard he likes a dominant/strong personality. So it's definitely something to think about. I think we'll be safe saying we don't agree with it, as long as we keep the insults out of it.
