Wait, the highest I went is four. What's the five? (Warden, Izzy, Leliana, Zevran... and...?)
Schmooples, of course.

It's scary cuz mine are all right
So...who are the last two then?

So, fair to expect that straight and gay inquisitors will get the same number of options?
*fingers crossed*
Bi Solas. BI SOLAS even if gated still want.
So far only one prediction as far as sexuality goes has been right when it was just a hunch guess that is. I think I'll be right about the last two LIs though but I could be surprised since I never thought that bioware would give us a qunari romance. I still think Vivienne will be one though to make the gender split even though by now I guess she's a sure in so its not much of a guess on my part^^;;;

I'm with you!
Exactly and if he's gated because he wants to be with someone who's dreams he can poke in I will not be bothered. It makes sense and doesn't involve him being a douchecanoe because the fade and dreams sounds like it's a major part of who he is. It's one of the best race gating scenarios available to me.
I don't know. There was the Dalish woman in DA2 making an obvious attempt at getting Pol alone in the woods that was going right over his head. They may wait until adulthood, but I think they have flings like anyone else.
Huh, I must have missed that one.
Still, I think that on the whole the dalish are more reserved than other most other cultures. I also don't see them as being particularly open to same sex pairings; this aspect hasn't been directly touched on that I'm aware, but elven society on the whole is much more concerned with procreation.
Tying this into DAI romances, I see this playing into Sera's story arc as I don't see alienage elves being much better about it. Given that the city elf origins in DAO was "You're getting married, suck it up", I don't see an alienage elf's sexuality as factoring into the equation as far as their society's concerned.
Schmooples, of course.

I support Schmooples x Ser Pounce-A-Lot ships. The most beautiful of all Thedas interracial pairings.
My only problem with the DA2 approach: It turned bisexuality into a game mechanic. I enjoyed the romances and it was done with the best of intentions. Still, that was the result. Meanwhile, lesbians and gay people didn't have representation, they had a character that they could romance no matter the gender. Not the same thing.
Bisexuality isn't just about sex; it's about your past relationships as well. Including romantic relationships that don't involve sex. There is asexual bisexuals and lesbians out there. I've had relationships with other women where sex wasn't involved.
The only characters in DA2 that ever came across to me as bisexual where the only ones that actually talked about men and women in a sexual/romantic fashion: Anders and Isabela. The rest were left vague and were really there for the convenience of the player. I've also seen folks try to use DA2 as "proof" that bisexuals aren't real. Those are the minority, but almost criminally willfully ignorant.
I do miss the openness of that system, but I'm more than happy to trade it for some honest representation of not just bisexual players, but for our gay and lesbian friends as well.
I mostly forget that we can like posts here, but I remembered for the sake of this post.
But, yeah, I mostly agree with you. I don't really mind that Fenris and Merrill weren't obviously bisexual, because frankly, neither character has ever had a single healthy relationship in the past. It's hard to imagine either character having a conversation with Hawke that would imply their bisexuality.
What frustrates me is when people point to DA2 as being good because all of the character's sexuality were ambiguous. I absolutely don't think that Bioware needs to cater to people that are biphobic for whatever reason. Characters don't need to be "obviously" bisexual, but I really hated that some characters were made ambiguous on purpose (I'm looking at you Anders).
I know enough about fan fiction to know that I can't be sure if this is a joke.
I read a SnapexHogwarts fic once. As in the actual castle.
...and then a SnapexBuckbeak. Cause the castle one hadn't killed all my braincells yet.

Why would you torture yourself like that?
Anyone feeling any different about their previous romance predictions?
Not feeling different, I should say that I'm actually happy, dorian and Iron Bull are very fine picks for my inquisitors. But my favorite was Blackwall...at this rate I don't think he'll even get to be a Li
and I would be happy if varric ends as a Bi gated Li, but the rest...I don't know. I'm not fan of viv or solas.
I realized at this moment we have a balanced romance selection:
2 Homosexual: Dorian and Sera
2 Bisexual: Josephine and Iron Bull
2 Heterosexual: Cullen and Cassandra
3 Romances for Males and 3 Romances for Females
So at this point, the remaining 2 will unbalance the balance ![]()

Yup. I don't think we're going to have a 100% perfect balance, and I think the Devs have been subtly hinting at that for awhile.
But I also thought the Bull would be gated, so what do I know?

They'll unbalance the sexualities, but a bi male and female would give everyone equal LI options.

Yep. Hopefully the two remaining will be bisexual, which will result in equal numbers of romances for straight and gay players. Bisexuals will get more, naturally, but they always do anyway. That's just how it goes.

Actually its 4 for males and 4 for females
Dorian, Josephine, Iron Bull and Cassandra for Men
Sera, Josephine, Iron Bull and Cullen for Women
2 Bi options would keep it balanced, and 2 straight options would keep it balanced and then again 2 gay options would keep it balanced lol
