Cassandra was in her late teens - at least - in Dawn of the Seeker, which takes place twenty years before DAI. She's at least thirty-eight.

Cullen- Late 20's- Early 30's (32)
Dorian- Early 20's (23)
Iron Bull- Mid-Late 30's (38)
Josephine- Mid-Late 20's (25)
Sera- Early-Mid 20's (23)

I honestly have no clue. That's just what I'm feeling lol
