My favorite so far is the AC: Unity cover. Forget not having women; those clowns made the same guy four times with slightly different facial hair.
Which Ubisoft team is doing Unity?

There is some awesome guys up there, agreed.
I don't think they needed to all be straight white guys with stubble to be badass characters though. Folks asking for more minority representation, whether it be women, PoC or the LGBT community, wants the game companies to allow us all to see that badass in more than just that way as shown above. This includes in love arcs as well.
Yes, this. People often think that I don't want straight white guy's with stubble as protagonists because I talk about how badly I want lady protagonists all the time, but that's not the case at all. I love straight white guys with stubble! Some of my favourite characters are straight white guys with stubble. I would just also like to play as not straight white guys with stubble.

Ubisoft's US team. I swear, they weren't even trying with that one. They even had to make the cloaks different colors (in their words, "sacrificing the iconic white cloak,) just to tell all of them apart.

Personal opinion I guess, but I think character's opinion on the chantry and templars will change drastically.

Why do you guys want to know who the last 2 LIs are so badly? For me I like finding things on my own and not relying on my meta knowledge as to whom I'm going to sleep with first on my playthrough.
I'm just interested in knowing if I will get a Chee-sy romance in Inquiition or not.
I've seriously considered abandoning the forum until the game ships.
I will be bailing come September. Depends how soon the leaks/spoilers begin to flood the forums.

That whole mess to me is a good reason why folks asking for more representation will always be a wonderful thing. Thinking about another 10 years of seeing just that white dude with stubble as the designated hero in AAA games makes my skin slightly crawl. I'm glad that BioWare actually listens and gives a crap what their fans think.

OMG, that is terrible! No variety at all. I haven't been following that game very closely, but wow! I wonder if they all have the same personality, or if that's even going to be a thing with the whole co-op issue, will they just be generically robotic? I really liked 4, but that is the only one of those games I've really enjoyed.

Nata, did you hear about what the devs at Sunset Overdrive did? When the Ubisoft devs were talking about how much more time and effort it requires to make a female assassin, Sunset Overdive literally took one day to make a Female Assassin, armor and all, and actually put her into their own game. That whole mess to me is a good reason why folks asking for more representation will always be a wonderful thing. They're supposed to all be the same. Because in Co-op, you always play the protagonist, while the other guys are your minions. Or something like that, it's all kind of weird.

ROFL, no I didn't.
Maybe they should talk to Jennifer Hale to do a voice. I'm not trying to make a joke about it either.
At DCC, when someone asked Jennifer Hale what character she wishes she could voice, without hesitation she said, "A female assassin in Assassin's Creed." Everyone at the panel cheered. This was a couple of weeks before E3. ![]()

How it works is:
There are co-op missions and you join them as Arno (The main protagonist in the blue) and you can play the co-op with up to three other people online. Everyone sees themselves as Arno, and the three people they're playing with as one of those three characters. It was simply placed so that people could tell each other apart in the co-op missions, but it's still crazy that they didn't at the very least have one of them as a poc. People won't even be forced to play as anyone but Arno.
Not getting into how fantastic it would've been to see the main character be a lady assassin in the freaking French revolution.
Back on topic.
