Ah I see I guess thats why I never got it since I usually just sleep and romance Isabela only lol

Izzy has become my favorite LI of DA2 so far though I for some reason can never romance her as a Male Hawke no idea why though.

Didn't a similar problem occur in DA 2 where if you triggered something in the end Varric would say the wrong LI stayed with Hawke? Never had that happen either.  

Yeah, there was a specific order you could use to romance/sleep with all four of the LIs and Varric would apparently say all of their names at once in Varric's ending narration.  I've never personally seen it since I only ever do one romance at a time (unless I get ninjamanced in DA:O).

Could never bring myself to even try it though that could be because I romanced her with a female first and just loved the way those two gelled so much

I had the same problem with Merrill to I can't bring myself to romance her with a Female Hawke after romancing her first with a  Male Hawke ^^;

I always had that problem with Alistair in my playthroughs never with Leliana though.

I have a hard time finishing the Fenris romance myself still have yet completed a playthrough with him as an LI. I think Merrill has an unfair hold over me because I love her adorable little voice, male or female I got a thing for voices^^;

 

I will never romance Isabela with a Sarcastic Hawke again and take her on MOTA though the way Hawke reacted about Isabela asking for help made me want to punch my Hawke.

The best ending, when Hawke leaves Kirkwall with her lover, Isfenmerandrillrisebela. My first playthrough was close, I just had Isfenandrisebela. I'm certain Anders was thrilled by that turn of events.

Never did an aggressive Female Hawke yet so never got that but I still think I'd punch my Hawke or put ants in their bed sheets if they were in a relationship with Isabela and said that.

Sense at some point in the last page or two the comments concerning LI of DA:O came up, and something I remembered in a fit of pique hit me and now I'm wondering who else got the results I did.

 

Playing as a Dwarf Noble, I seduced Morrigan first, ditched her for Leliana, then gave Morrigan the mirror and restarted her romance. I wanted to see if having both romances active in this way would change events in DA:2 (When it came out) and hells knows I was experimenting with everything I could find (Clocked over 900+ hours in DA:O alone, heh).

 

I mention this because after restarting my affair with Morrigan, next time I talked to Leliana she immediately asked why I was with Morrigan, and one of the responses was, "Meh, she was better in bed." Leliana's reaction was priceless, as was the sudden bought of horrified giggles that descended upon me. In contrast to DA2, I 'slept' with Isabela and took steps to continue her romance in a more traditional sense, but then also slept with Merrill. When Merrill asked what this meant for her and the PC I straight out said 'This was just a fling' and she quickly left. This should have shut down the romance as far as I was concerned.

 

However, despite that, banter between Merrill and Isabela followed the route as if I had started a relationship with Merrill when I most certainly did not. Anyone else get this?

For me it's sarcastic male hawke with izzy but I've gone female route too, though less preferred for me.

I might be wrong, but it's the reaction that immediately popped into my mind. She recoiled slightly, in surprise or shock, and said something along the lines of "Oh, I, um, I see. I'm just going to go stand over there, then."

 

I've been cruising Youtube trying to find any video of the particular scene in mind to no avail thus far.

 

Update, can't find it on youtube. Bah, time to blow the dust off DA:O and see if I can recreate the set up. But the effort.... gah
