My opinion is that the most likely outcome here is still Vivienne/Solas as bi options. Second most likely that I see is Solas as bi and Varric as straight. I'm definitely not 100% confident in my estimates, though.
Those would be the ones i'm expecting, though i've been wrong many times so far.
I don't think Varric would be likely as a bisexual option and there's the tweet from a year ago saying he loves Bianca "full stop" that still makes it seem like Until We Sleep was hinting at a reunion with Bianca, to me.

Yeah, that's basically my assumption for Blackwall. I think he's going to get the "wise mentor" slot.

I'm pretty sure the only person they've literally said you don't have to recruit is Cole, but I imagine there are surely more. I wouldn't be surprised if you could turn down most of them.

Implying I've decided which character I'll even use for my first playthrough...
Samahl is probably going to be my favorite, but I'm not sure what options will be available to him. I'm also not sure how well my projected Inquisitors will mesh with their chosen LIs. Will Dorian go for an self-serving opportunist like Hayden? Will Sera be as passionate about elf rights as Revas? Who knows about Issala and Josephine/Vivienne?
The only ones I'm confident will be a good fit are Meraad and Iron Bull, but I was going to save that particular playthrough for later...

Yeah, I got that impression. He comes out and tells you he's a spy, so I would assume you can turn him down. I'm not sure if they explicitly said so like they did with Cole, though.
I'm all for it, its better than this endless beating of a dead horse debate. Heck I'll go ahead and start
Sera- Spicy food (Peppers, hot chicken wings)
Dorian- Italian food (spaghetti)
Iron Bull- Raw Meat
Cassandra- Expensive food (Steak, lobster and some wine)
Josephine- Exotic food (escargot or something like that)
Cullen- Bland and dense food (Muffins, he comes across as a cake guy lol)
Oh god I can totally see Sera doing one of those "hot chicken wings" challenges they have at certain restaurants and winnning. I can also totally see her doing things like the cinnamon challenge as well

The way I read it: they tried I run away together, it failed and someone didn't make it.
You could read it that way, but it's never been confirmed that she was dead. My impression has always been that she's not.

She's probably dead though, unless they go and resolve that story arc in Inquisition, being the end and resolution of Varric's major story arc; for good or for ill.

I've heard multiple times that Mary Kirby said she wasn't dead, but I haven't seen the original comment, so I didn't bring it up.
