The delay doesn't really bother me much, honestly. I'd definitely rather wait a few weeks than have it pushed before they think it's ready.

I wouldn't mind the delay if the final week of November wasn't such a stupid time to take time off.

Don't mind delay, though it has put a crimp in my personal release week plans.
Wonder if delay means longer till last 2 li's are confirmed though?

It'll be right around Thanksgiving Holiday in the States, so it'll fit perfectly!

Yeah that's one small mercy. I can play then in peace.

I was thinking that as well. I know a lot of colleges including my own give the week of Thanksgiving off so that just means more game time. It'll be right around Thanksgiving Holiday in the States, so it'll fit perfectly!

One more month doesn't change anything for me. I just want to know the last two Lis, the last spoilers I need, so I can forget dragon age for a while. I hope it won't be delayed too.

They're cancelling the last two Li's, this is why we can't have nice things. ![]()

My schedule gets really busy in the November-early January bracket, for many various reasons, but I will manage. I weathered through the Ancient Time of the Double Delay for Origins, after all. ![]()

Plenty to complain with that.
I would say... not quite so much. Fertility is a perk exclusive to the Morrigan romance, not a penalty for the Alistair one.
Also, the idea of your boyfriend having to have sex with someone he doesn't like, once, to save both your lives, being some kind of horrible punishment has never made any sense to me.

We don't actually really know Anora is infertile. It could have been Cailan.

I also really hate the "and it only happened to straight females" because well... tons of gay men totally wanted to romance Alistair but couldn't. You can be unhappy with aspects of the Alistair romance, but you definitely can't claim that you didn't get the better deal than gay men.
And frankly, I just don't know what people expected. Kings have duties, and in Thedas a human King can't marry an elf, or a mage, or a dwarf.

Yeah that's your opinion and all.
Same as the above. But that's the great things about opinions! They vary. I don't see having 2 options to someone else's 3 to be unfair and worth getting aggravated over. You do. BTW It's not just the sex. It's the whole persuade him (when his default is to DIE instead) and the "hurr durr he can have a kid with her but not you." that's the kick in the nads.

No matter what, I'll be happy if Vivienne is an LI, regardless of her sexuality. It isn't often black women are seen as desirable enough to be considered viable romantic options in media.
The biggest thing that makes me think Varric is straight is actually the part that made a lot of people guess Cass was straight - when Varric suggests it's a crush if it's a male Hawke, and hero worship if it's a female Hawke. I doubt a bi character would be so heteronormative.

Still, at least you had Alistair as an option, which is better than having none at all.
