Generally speaking, BioWare adds the Easter eggs the devs want, not those the fans tell them they ought to add.
'Scribbles' might not even fit her personality.

I don't know if that part about finding issues with the perceived quality of romance options is directed at me, considering that I complained about Traynor, the only lesbian-only romance (excluding Juhani, since she was bi due to bug and very underdeveloped) in Bioware games, numerous times, but my concerns were coming from that:

Pretty much the whole romance looked like that. More content for straight guys who couldn't romance her, and lots of tease for them. So much respect for lesbian sexuality.
I never played Mass Effect, but that just seems funny. Haha, poor male shephard trying his moves on someone of who he doesn't realise is a lesbian. Am I the only one who sees the humor in this?

Think about it from the perspective of a woman who only likes women, who has grown up in a society that tells her that she should make herself appealing and available to men, EVEN when identifying as a lesbian, and it's not that funny.
Sam Traynor isn't a terrible character, but everything about her sexuality seems tailored towards titillating male gamers, even if in a "humorous" way. It isn't so funny to hear Traynor gush about how much she loves vibrating phallic objects..even Kahlee Sanders' used sex toys, wow, thanks, Weekes, I really feel that you aren't there for the "straighties".
