Huh, don't recall that one. When does he say that?
Have to guess because I never take Jacob anywhere I don't have to, but I'd say Grunt's recruit mission, talking to the first tank-bred krogan you meet... Grunt build 0.7a?Huh, don't recall that one. When does he say that?
Anderson: I was born in London.
Anderson: I was born in London you know.
Anderson: You know, I was born here in London.
Shepard: Really?
"The weirdest thing is that he doesn't even sound British!"

Thanks, yeah, that sounds plausible
and I don't exactly bring him along for every mission either
(as you could probably tell from my question)
Absurb, odd, or something else... but annoys me all the same:
ME3 After Sanctuary talking with Hackett
H: I wasn't in favour of your diversion to Sanctuary, too many unknowns.
S: This entire game you've been telling me to find the catalyst. The ONE thing we really need to get the Crucible working, and Kai Leng took that information on Thessia. Traynor, and EDI tracked KL to Sanctuary, and you're telling me you didn't want me to go there and get it back?!
In all fairness, Hackett did say that he was wrong. So I can forgive him for that, but it is a bit annoying to hear him, of all people, say that.
Anderson: I was born in London.
Anderson: I was born in London you know.
Anderson: You know, I was born here in London.
Shepard: Really?
Shepard: Tell me what happened with you and Saren twenty years ago.
Anderson: It's close to twenty years ago now.
She says that for other characters as well
ME2...
Thane: *dies from spike thing*
Miranda: They got Thane!
How does she know Thane died? Shouldn't EDI say something about it than Miranda?
Life support monitors are presumably on the bridge, and monitoring the crews heartbeat.

Yes, correct.
Still can't quote @dreamgazer But.
In this order.
Take legion to the Citadel speak to Anderson.
Anderson: They aren't quote the boogey men they used to be, that's probably why your trophy buck hasn't set off a panic.
Get the Asari off the watch list.
Clerk: We can't risk Geth Infiltration.
Legion: Geth do not infiltrate (he says it twice)
Do Legion loyalty mission.
Legion: We must infiltrate the heretic base.
Benezia: "I have sealed a part of my mind away from the indoctrination".
Never heard her say that (?) But it's been awhile, I usually skip her lines.

I remember that line. I didn't understand how all Biotics worked at the time so I just assumed she was a powerful enough one do something like that.

It is technically possible to compartmentalize parts of the psyche and to have them reactivate upon the hearing of a specific word or be in a specific circumstance or great pain.
And of course von uber posted pictures of Liara and Garrus standing around while Thane was fighting Kai Lame. Liara was checking out an ad for some makeup, and Garrus was checking out an ad for a new Phaeston model, and Shepard was standing around doing nothing.
Yes, I wondered about that too Julia...maybe they were sharing popcorn. What puzzles me is when the cutscenes begin, Thane has a gun held to the head of Kai. Did Thane expect an [obvious] assassin to hold up his hands & say "I quit"? But then -- the story couldn't play out.
What I also found lacking was some quick-thinking when Kai landed on top Shep's car. Immediately I thought "shurely the one piloting the vehicle would steer up close under one of the two (2) bridges and Kai would SPLAT ". Maybe dead-stop & Kai would keep going. Maybe do a barrel roll? Instead Shep does a Lone Ranger attempt to open door -- and you know the rest.

The cutscenes in ME3 do reach Resident Evil levels of frustration.
From a story point-of-view that makes sense. Shep isn't officially part of the Alliance anymore at this point. She's doing this only the down-low, as a favor to Hackett, as the Alliance can't be officially involved.
And she just happens to be flying Cerberus colors. Fancy that.
And regarding Derpett contacting Cerberus PR and believing them about not attacking innocent civilians.... What about the events of 2070 when they were blowing up ships over colonies to spread refined eezo to see if it would create human biotics in the fetuses of pregnant mothers? Oh yeah, sure, we'll believe them.

I did enjoy that line after the Bennett(?) mission. If only for the simple fact that it did make me smile from the sheer irony.

Openly attacking and targeting civilians on a colony really isn't their M.O. though.
Cerberus usually has a precept or goal to strive for. Here, they're acting like thugs. And mainline Cerberus is condemning the action taking place.
I think this was a mission left-over from a concept that might have had different factions of Cerberus during the writing.

It's not irony. Cerberus doesn't blatantly land on worlds and start shooting up people for no reason than to cause terror. They usually have sort of material goal that they wish to accomplish first.

It definitely looked like they were just adding in something from a larger cut content and crammed it in on a multiplayer map just for filler. Legacy of an old Alliance/Cerberus influence mechanic that they dropped perhaps?
