Absurd behavior ---

 

At this moment I'm playing ME2 (getting Jack from the Purgatory prison).   Let's see if I got the facts straight here ---

 

The most advanced battle frigate in the galaxy, with cannons, missiles, and bombs just docks with the Purgatory -- and the prison warden wants to capture the commander of that vessel?   Does he think the SR2 is just going to just SIT there indefinitely until Shep gets sold?     Negotiate release?

 

Sawdust for brains....

 

There's also the fact that he lets Shepard and company keep their weapons, yet somehow expected to be able to contain them or that they'd give in without a fight.

 

Congratulations, Warden Kuril, you have won the coveted award of Stupidest Sapient in the Galaxy.

It's even better because of the fact that Shepard is equipped with a heavy weapon of some sort.

Kuril's fight is also possibly the easiest boss fight in the series except for Kai Lame part 1. Ignore his goons and hit the generators, switch to sniper rifle and shoot him in the face 4 times while he just stands there because you are too far away.

Kuril thinks he's tough as hell when he's shooting prisoners. Shepard show's up and he dives behind the biggest barrier generator in the series, that doesn't involve using a hammerhead.

I prefer to take out the generators quickly and give him a few incendiary rounds between killing his henchmen to hear his screams. But then in ME2, the enemies love to scream, especially when I ragdoll them off of high places with my shockwaves. XD

Had this one guy in Miranda's LM this time through. I knocked him down with a concussive blast. Didn't kill him, didn't cause him to fall off any ledges, but he screamed like he was falling fifty storeys.

Note to self: burn Kuril next time.

Shepard continually insisting that Not Legion is Legion. This is just one instance. But it's continuous.

 

Not Legion: "We are not Legion."

 

Shepard: "Don't give me that crap. You were my friend, Legion. I helped you destroy the heretic geth."

 

Thus proving that Shepard is a dumb ass and asking the question "I thought asari needed other species to reproduce?" was not out of character.

In fairness, Garrus seems to forget that too. Anyway, I really hate Geth VI. It's interesting that we get to have an alternate geth character that is more hostile and makes peace impossible, but the entirety of its design, to me, is a huge mistake. Legion never dies or gets sold off in my playthroughs for this reason.

Geth VI is a huge dooshbag and I enjoy shooting it in the face 3 times afterTali stabs it/ Shala'Raan blasts it.

Use soldier so you get both a sniper rifle and incindieary ammo and thus the best of both worlds. Or just incinerate him with an infiltrator.

When I got ME2, decided to play a soldier for a change and took slam as my Bonus Power. Had no clue what I was doing.

Was doing Miranda's Loyality Mission, and used it on this Salarian. When he hit the ground he went screaming, "SON OF A B----!" I thought it was hysterical!

Well, Legion got taken by the seeker swarms. Why the collectors would want Legion is another matter that we shouldn't think about. Miranda was holding the bubble this time. The only other time she'd done it was my first time through the game and I had Thane (romanced) and Zaeed in there. The seekers took Thane. This time I put Legion and Jacob in there.

 

IMO, they should have given us another Geth character like Geth VI who was more hostile and made peace impossible, but they shouldn't have designed the character to look like Legion. I agree that was a huge mistake. But that was part of Patrick Weekes design to make the mission one sided toward the Geth. Even Shepard's autodialogue is sympathetic. You get to shoot it three times when you have Tali. You don't get to shoot it with Raan because Raan is too gangsta with her shotgun - "I knew that thing would turn on us."

And having the Geth VI with the same hole in it's torso and having hologram N7 armor.

You could also add the scene on Grissom. Why couldn't she break the window like Jack or Prangley instead of using the butt of her weapon

Hummm.

 

Reminds me of the Citadel party where Shep told Tali to "stand back" as he was about the shoot the door -- and then Tali said, "wait" [knock on the door] -- and you know the rest.

I was also thinking of other possibilities like:

 

• TIM walking around -- wringing his hands without a plan...so he just gives up on the collector project...focuses on Mars instead.
•  
• Cerberus fighters & gunships just not knowing what to do.
•  
• I GOT IT!   TIM greases the warden's hands with the same amount of credits that it took to rebuild Shep -- then warden & Shep shake hands with "no hard feelings" -- everything resumes & warden "lives like a king".

Although does beg the question as to whether it actually is shiala. Do clones have memories from their source?
