Ok than compare his arms with Iron Bull. The female qunari should at least have that same tick arm as Dorian and not less even with clothes.

Reword please, I don't even know what point you're trying to make.

I personally would have liked her to be somewhat broader over the shoulders and have thicker arms, but I still think she looks quite good and she has great thighs. I also really like how tall she is in the latest gameplay video when you see her next to Leliana.

I think she's fabulous. Her eyes are quite pretty and I love that she towers over everyone.

My one real complaint is that her arms are weirdly thin, especially considering she's wearing long-sleeves. Looks like a few of you are bothered by that too. Also, the poofiness of those shoulder pads is throwing me off. Makes her look like she hasn't got a neck. It's a bizarre contrast with the stick arms.

Still, I can live with it. I can't wait to play a Qunari! :) Would looove to hear her with Sumalee Montano's voice.

Noodle arms are bit of a staple when it comes to women in videogames, sadly :/

My point is that Dorian clothes are irrelevant, since Iron Bull does not have any on the arms and surpass Dorian by far.

The female qunari should surpass Dorian also even with clothes, not by far like Iron Bull but at least on the same lvl.

If your only point is that her arms are too thin, I can say that I would have to agree.

I think using Dorian as an example wasn't accurate however, it's very difficult to judge how wide his arms are because he's got so much covering.  The Inquisitor's jacket (the upper arm area specifically) seems to be a 'skin tight' mesh that clearly shows how thick her arms really are.  You can tell because her gloves are not skin tight and are quite wide.

As I said in my much earlier post her arms are a little thin bt they looked even thinner when she had that coat on so I was pleasantly surprised by this demo. They aren't as bad as they could have been and I love her height and broad shoulders.

It's interesting that the last thread had a bunch of people saying she didn't look feminine enough and this one has people saying she looks too feminine.

I think she's going to look pretty awesome in armour and I think we are lucky that we didn't end up with a slightly taller human with horns and big breasts. Also lets remember that the males wont be as huge as The Bull. She's really not that much smaller or weaker looking than a regular male qunari.

It is not that bad sure but her arms could be better, I mostly say this because you cannot change the body. I really like to see a difference when it comes to human and qunari.

I am quite glad of it, tbh. Even if I am the only one.

She's like great IMO, and those thighs..... mmmm

I guess I should walk back the comments I made about her looking "mannish" a few weeks ago.

I like how she looks, but her arms are a little.. thin. She should have the arms of a female soccer/volleyball player.

My problem is her voice. It doesn't fit her. I can imagine the voice fitting the elf and human only. Maybe the american voice will be better for the qunari and dwarf.

I share that feeling.  I've always been extremely picky about voice matching appearance in RPGs.  To an OCD level.  I can't even begin to think about how long I've spent in character creation in SWTOR for that reason alone.  But yeah, that Qunari in the demo didn't pass my inspection.

Sumalee has a huskier and somewhat deeper voice than Alix Wilton Regan. I think she'll work quite well.

While tall people have lower voices than average due to bigger respiratory organs it doesn't mean a normal pitched voice is impossible.

We haven't heard a female Qunari yet so there's no telling how they are supposed to sound as well.

I'd prefer a deeper voice myself but simply because I like then better not because it sounds wrong.

Her arms don't actually look tooo thin in proportion to the rest of her (like I thought they did) I could still do with them being a little thicker though, but it's not a big deal.

Something about the design bothers me and I do think it's the arms. They just don't look right.

They actually do. Her arms are of the same level to her thigh as the arms are to female Hawke. You're just not used to seeing female proportions on a woman that freaking tall.

...What? Why is everyone looking at me that way? Finding a grey skinned 7 and a half foot tall woman with horns to be hot is perfectly normal.

Like her look, left to me I'd cast a spell for perky boobs.

Her voice tone was not as aggressive as I'd have liked too.

I hope we can make female qunari look just a tad more feminine

I love her. She looks well-built and strong, but still has curves. BioWare making it really difficult to choose my first Inquisitor's race, which is a very cool difficulty to have :)

I see a startling number of posts that seem to completely ignore the biological fact of sexual dimorphism.

It's especially funny because the High Dragon is an example of sexual dimorphism as well, except the Males got what could be perceived as the Short end of the stick on that one.

She looks okay. I continue to object to the female walking animation.

Women have wide hips because women with narrow hips died in childbirth, or soon after from bleeding or infection.

There is no 'conditioning' of bone structure on a genetic level.

Depends on your definition of "Conditioning genetics" as that is as literal an example of Natural Selection conditioning a population as you can get. Narrow-hip Females die off and are less reproductively successful. Males have greater incentive to select females with wide hips for greater reproductive success.

Biology doesn't care about being politically correct.

As for the subject at hand, I rather like the Female Qunari, with the exception of the weird tattoo on her chin that looks like a white goatee at a distance.

You're not helping.
