Given that we can establish strongholds, that we're the guys saving the world from itself and that it's been hinted some people see the Inquisitor as a sort of divine being then don't you think it's possible that the Inquisitor could simply take land and titles? Perhaps even become a monarch. Some of the things I've seen seem rather regal, for example the throne. If I'm not mistaken thrones are symbol of nobility.

People will always resist when someone tries to take their land, nobility or not. even if the inquisitor can save the world there will always be those people who resists nonetheless

I believe the Inquisitor however will be more than powerful enough to take it and in an attempt to keep their status other nobles would swear fealty to the Inquisitor. Then you could even factor in that divine aspect, Andraste was just some warrior's wife until she was contacted by the maker, So perhaps if we convince people that we're some form of prophet then they'll fight for us. It was said that we can choose how we ract to those that see us as divine so I have some hope that we can encourage it.
