It is unfortunate that a store someplace looks to have accidentally sold a few copies early. Mistakes do happen and we hope to have taken care of the problem. Our team has been in contact with retailers in the area as well as the fine folks at Twitch to help us rectify the problem. Currently there is nothing being shown on Twitch and we will continue to keep the content off Twitch until the game officially releases. We also hope that fans do not discuss the content or try to spoil it for others if they know (or think they know) any details until the game launches. Anyone deliberately trying to spoil the game for other be spoken to by staff or moderators

 

If anyone sees a new Twitch stream, we appreciate you letting us know about it ASAP. Please send Marcin Momot or me a message if you spot any Twitch streaming. Together we'll work to keep spoilers to a minimum until the game truly launches for everybody. Thanks all

Yes, he was in one of the trailers. But It is unclear, if the game acknowledges your decision from the previous game or if he's gonna make an appeareance either way.

We saw him in SoD trailer so i assume he will, i know he said that we will never see him again if we chose to spare him but Letho is Joker of the series and he is capable of everything. Barengar helped Geralt defeat Azar and it would be awesome if Letho would help Geralt and other witchers stand up against Wild Hunt.
