Yeah, both routes in TW2 are excellent in their own right, and it is pleasing to experience them both and explore different POVs to the conflict at hand, the world, characters, quests, etc.
Plot twist: It is an option to talk to Geralt's horse--Roche.
Would be fun, but Geralt's horse is Roach, Keira Metz make a pun(?) about this

Well we know Aryan Lavallet being alive is one of them.
If I had to guess on the other 4 I'd say
Going with Roche or Iorveth
Helping Roche/Iorveth or Triss in Loc Muinne
Killing/Sparing Letho
Probably one specific to the Roche/Iorveth Path. So letting Roche Kill Henselt/Sparing him and letting Stennis die or saving him.
You can also talk to Dandilion at some point and it will allow you to tweak your changes further. I imagine that will be used for the more minor choices. Like what happened with Loredo, or did you **** Triss, or whatever.
