I don't think CDP would allow you to pick Ciri's sexual orientation as that is opening a can of worms for book readers. CDP has so far stayed true to character orientations.
Novigrad is also the best city I have ever seen in a video game. Both Bioware and Bethesda should learn from Novigrad.

Anyway, not really a tip but if you need some quality metals/leather. You can try letting allies die in fights (witch hunters, Redianian soldiers, nilfgaard scouts, etc) and loot their magical or master crafted swords and armor.
I imported a save where I saved Triss and let Roche handle Anais. Does anything in particular change? Is Roche's content in TW3 worth re-importing my second save file where I saved Anais and gave her to Jan?

So is this game the greatest rpg ever?
The game has so much hype and barely any video game news website talked about the downgrade or made it a big deal. Gamespot didn't talk about it, IGN didn't and neither did game informer or game trailers. I'm almost sure that Gamespot is being paid by CDProjektRED.
Nonsense, Gamespot staff is just busy indulging in Zubrówka and bratwurst-pardon me, kielbasa they received during their visit in Warsaw. Their mouths are too full to speak at the moment, one could say. 
Because the downgrade thing is overblown. CDPR has promised to give PC users the options to unlock the ini files to push the game to whatever graphical limits they want in the future and what have you.
No, it is not overblown, Reds' attitude and handling of this situation has been dreadful. Giving the players an option to edit ini files will not change anything as the players have been editing config files since launch and these files do not affect the main downgrade aspects - lighting and foliage quality. Foliage needs to be replaced completely and lighting... well, only devs can change it through patches.

Geralt gets exactly what he deserves, because even though what they do with him is not mature or adult or whatever... well guess what, Geralt sleeping with both of them and treating them like whores is not mature either.

Yen in this game are worse than in the books, she came up with that stuff, ''you're different, blah blah blah blah, last wish, blah blah blah blah, do this, do that, bla bla bla bla, throws the best bed of Kaer Morhen out, bla, bla bla bla, Vesemir you know nothing, bla bla bla bla bla, stop to be complex Geralt, bla bla bla bla.''
Someone here said the Vesemir was more charismatic and he really is, CD Projekt Red shows us this months ago when they release some ''parts'' about the gameplay, when Vesemir got a problem with the Griffin.
