I'm so pissed/happy that I gotten so much more invested during the ending sequence. Makes me wonder if they will ever see each other again. What of Zoltan, Dandelion, Triss, Roche, so on.

Do positive things and honorable things and she will be fine. Treat her like how a good dad treats his daughter and you will do fine.

had Geralt going off with Yen to live somewhere quiet while Ciri finished the path and become a full witcheress. Redania won the war and took over the north (despite the assassination plot) and Emyhr was killed in a coup.
Cerys leads her nation in prosperity (although it is implied that the isle's military prowess dwindled).

I was satisfied with the conclusion. Aside from the Redanian controling the hwole north (poor farking Roche).

I think the expansions packs are spin offs. 10 hours of gameplay in Oxenfurt and 20 hours of gameplay in Toussaint.

 

Emphasis on the phrase "expansion pack".

 

I think these will like the Awakening expansion pack that DAO had in the good old days of Bioware or like the Shivering Isles expansion pack for ES IV Oblivion. Huge and lots of content.

So the impressions I'm getting is that W3 is essentially a next-gen Gothic game with really good writing and cinematics.

I stopped playing the witcher as my computer is very unhealthy but the new computer is coming in about 3 days so will be starting fresh.

The expansions will take place before the ending so yeah it's not a continuation and it doesn't have to be, the endings were perfect and i would be pissed if my tears would go to waste.

Also, Keira's kind of delightful.

I have no idea why, but i really liked her, maybe she was a bit playful, not sure really, i will have to watch choices don't want anything bad to happen to her

I suppose it was to be expected seeing as the same happened in TW2 where Shani was snubbed in favour of Triss. Although, to be fair, that was better explained in one of Dandelion's entries. Damn, how am I supposed to own up to my actions if I didn't make them?

Its not like she's gonna be angry about it the entire game. Just a bit salty that her lover ended up screwing her best friend.

 

Personally I don't care how she feels about it. She treats Geralt like a dog most of the time anyway because she can get away with it.

Was fortunate for me, i love Triss. Romanced her in every game so it just felt natural. But i understand Yennefer's reaction, but she could be abit mad at Triss aswell. After all she did seduce us and hid the truth.

I got the game yesterday and played about 8 hours.  My first Witcher game.  I'd been watching people play on PS4 live so I knew that I wanted to play it.  I am playing on xbox one because hubby hogs the ps4.  I'm just a little overwhelmed.  I am playing on the easiest mode and just reached level 3.  I have the strategy guide and I think I am getting the hang of it. 

 

My main issue with my game is that I can't dress Geralt in anything that I think makes him look less than attractive.  Hopefully I will get over that.
