And that this isn't restricted to the main quest alone, is a welcome approach.
My main issue with my game is that I can't dress Geralt in anything that I think makes him look less than attractive. Hopefully I will get over that.
lol yeah same.
I mean, I'm lvl 10 and I am still sporting the outfit you have in the beginning of the game (although upgraded). Just waiting for an armor that looks more... witchery for my taste.

My Geralt had sex with Keira. Now I'm feeling guilty.

I love all interaction sections between Geralt's family (Ciri, Geralt and Yenn).
It has been a long time to see so many wonderfully developed characters in one PC game. (I read all books but it is still amazing to see such relationship could be perfectly represented in the final episode of Geralt's trilogy)

Has anyone got all the pieces of Griffin School gear? I'm currently at the ruined fortress part and I see absolutely no way in. The drawbridge is raised and there seems to be no way to get in there, I've searched for a nearby cave to get me inside, to no avail. Anyone can help?

You can jump just barely to the right of the drawbridge, the ground sticks out just enough so you can land there. Then just jump again to climb the wall.
OR you can swim in, there's an underwater entrance close to the place of power that's down by the water if you look to your right when facing the fortress.

I'm genuinely surprised and impressed how expressive Geralt is this time around. While his tone is similar and the way he acts around people, CDPR has put a lot of time on Geralt's facial expressions, and I've seen him convey a variety of different emotions; be it bewilderment, amusement, annoyance, sadness, etc.

Impossible to beat the guy at Nilfgaard at gwent. His cards are infinitely better than mine and he seems to have an endless supply of them.

Most of those relationships are 'friends with benefits'. This is also what makes Yenn so unique, she is more like a mother rather than lover. Sorry Triss.

There is a underwater cave underneath the bridge. There are several drowners in it.

Well next playthrough will rectify that.

Oh I haven't even reached Novigrad yet. Finishing up side quests in Velen before heading north of the map.

Btw I just saw this. Had one of the biggest LOL moments ever.
You just have to love CDPR for including stuff like this in game.

I found something else in the game. Not sure if it was an Assassin Creed kind of reference in TW2 or not. I found a corpse and Geralt said something along the lines of "Hmm a Tomb Raider must have have really like Elven stuff." I guess it could be a reference to Lara Croft or maybe Indiana Jones.

So how much do the choices in TW2 affect TW3? Will the world be significantly changed if you chose to save Saskia/anais instead of Triss? Or if you chose to spare Henselt instead of opening up his chest?
According to the guide, this is the extent of of how your TW2 choices impact TW3:
