Or they could make the cows extremely shifty, and have them steal everything in your inventory without you noticing.

IIRC, look around that holding cage thing/the boxes near it for something to interact with. I remember it being pretty well hidden.

Okay, I've downloaded all the free DLC through steam and according to it. it's installed but outside the option to toggle Jen's new outfit, i haven't seen any of the other new DLC the armor or schematics for it, elite crossbows or anything else. Where do I find this stuff, the game said check under tutorial but i looked under it and saw nothing in particular about this stuff.

 

Nevermind, google is my friend.. wow, How was the tutorial suppose to lead me to finding these things?

So just finished the books and yeah..... never taking Ciri to meet her father again in any follow up playthrough.

 

Edit: Dandelion is one of my favorite book characters haha.

they drop red mutagens? It's been a pain to get those!

Just did the quest where it involved a fiend and a giant ram. Had a bit of a "oh sh*t!" moment when it appeared and I saw how huge it was. Luckily Igni sign was my friend.

Higher skill level required, or you went to an armorsmith.

 

 

This guy actually compiled the complete soundtrack if anyone wants to download all of it. That includes the big missing tracks like the Ciri reunion, ambient exploration music, so on so on. 

 

 

Awesome, now I'll just need to find the one which plays when you are fleeing Whoreson Jr.'s goons with Ciri.

A weaponsmith? There is one in Novigrad atleast and a quest for one more that can craft awesome weapons. Bring up your map and find a vendor with the sword icon, run to him and ask him for crafting. He needs the skill level for it aswell though.

There is a master swordsmith in Novigrod that you open up after a quest. I can't recall now though whether a master level is needed forthe Griffon Steel sword. If so, the quest to open up the master swordsmith is called Of Swords and Dumplings, if you need to consult a walkthrough. The quest giver/shop is if I remember correctly on the southernwestern island of the four islands that make up the city and its suburbs.

That is hilarious! I had Geralt be a little more careful in his conversation choices there, so I missed that while playing the game. I now regret that.

Just finished the main story. Oh, man. What a game.

 

It was fantastic all the way through and while I have small quibbles here and there, it was a great experience overall. Games in the future are going to have a hard measuring up as far as I'm concerned and this is the standard that I want to see others try to reach.

Not even joking, that's one of my favorite parts of the game. Meeting a new merchant or NPC for the first time and hoping they play gwent.
