I just hoping after W3 rake in the money and become successful ( which it will ) CDPR will FINALLY talk about Cyberpunk 2077!! ( THAT is the game I'm anticipating for 2015 )
I would say 2017.

I don't recall them ever mentioning a release window. Just "when it's ready". Witcher comes out in February. I doubt they can finish Cyperpunk within the same year. From what I gather a lot of people from the Witcher team will move on to Cyberpunk when Witcher is finished.

Yep, ChosenOne, I too am anticipating Cyberpunk more, partly because Human Revolution left me thirsty for another RPG in that setting and I'd certainly like to see CDProjekt's take on this setting because we know it's going to be even more darker and extensive.

Guys, what do you think about helping a fellow RPG to win by voting for The Witcher 3 in The Game Awards most anticipated game nomination? http://thegameawards.com/nominees/
Batman is just very slightly ahead now, would be a shame if TW3 loses in the end.

Apparently there are other playable characters once again. It's almost sounding like we'll end up playing as Ciri at points throughout the game. I like it.

Play as characters that aren't Geralt for once? You have my attention.
I would not expect too much from this news. Even the previous installment had some short passages were you had to play as another character (Henselt or Saskia depending on your choice). For TW3 the "ashen haired girl" seems like an obvious choice gameplay-wise as well as from a narrative viewpoint.

It might be longer than say the section where you play as Dandelion or the Prince in W2, and of course it might not -- But playing as anyone but Geralt for once is always welcome.I would not expect too much from this news. Yennefer sounds like she'll have good voice acting.
That's a relief, after Triss in TW2. (English version)

Yeah Yennefer seems to have been given a better voice actor. Quite like what I'm hearing

I think "second playable character" is exactly what it applies. Not temporary playable but someone who you'll play for longer than a minute or two. For all we know, the game game might even function like GTA V switching between characters? Whatever the case, second playable character certainly implies it won't be a character we'll be playing for a few seconds and I think it'll be Ceri.

They did a solid job with that in the previous games and I just prefer Jacek Rozenek over Doug Cockle as Geralt.

No, not like in GTA V. According to the CD Projekt's community manager you won't be able to switch between characters at will, instead at certain moments in the plot you assume control of the other character. Just like in TW2 but signifcantly longer.

You never actually play as Saskia, you play as Prince Penis Stennis. Disappointed me, frankly.

Ah thank god, Yens voice does not make me want to punch something like Triss's va did.
Also good to see they semi fixed her hair. Could be more curly but they probably ran into some big issues with it.

There are some issues in the last pic, namely the lighting. But watching the uncompressed version put my mind mostly at ease. It looks a hell of a lot better. So, who do you guys want the other playable character to be? After some thought, I don't think Ciri makes the most sense. She's a divisive character as even the lead writer admitted she's a bit of a power fantasy. I'd love to play as Vesemir, Yen or another mage type character. Playing a mage in the Witcher universe could be cool. I always liked Sapkowski's take on magic, and let's face it, mages put Witchers to shame when it comes to lethality. CDPR also does a great job with magic effects.
