Have they said anything about save importing and people moving across platforms?
I will probably be playing this on PS4 and would like to continue with my choices from my PC copy of TW2.
New info: No save importing on consoles, but you will be able to recap your choices from the previous games in the prologue via ingame dialogue and create your own "world state".

Great news is that those recent screenshots were allegedly taken from the actual latest build on PC high settings.
Ultra settings (including terrain tesselation, entire GameWorks, better LoD, higher draw distance, etc.) are yet to be optimized.
Just in case someone cares.
It looks very sweet; also appears to be much like what I have seen while exploring ruins in DAI. Hope to read more of Pause and the language content as this game nears release.
What pause? The only "pause" i know of is the slowdown in radial menu.
Sounds like...

Hm, it seems fair. But I hope to have it on pc too, I was ready to play the previous two games, but laziness reigns here.

More was revealed on transferring your save if you're moving platforms or played on Xbox 360. You will come across a character that will sing your past tales to you. You can correct this character with the choices that happened to you if he gets an event wrong. This is differently woven into the narrative and not something separate from the game.

I care, since I will be trying to run the game at ultra on my new rig to see how it compares to DA:I. I certainly hope draw distance / LOD are tailored for PC so I don't have to deal with claustrophobic console LOD like in Witcher 2 (stuff popping into view just a few feet away).

Was it just me or did the camera angles seem off during the first minute or so?
It struck me as odd how the camera swung around when Geralt first exited the cave.

You saw how Geralt looked at the Vesemir when he got hurt ? I think the Vesemir will go wrong in this game.

Yeah, old mentor figure always dies. Wouldn't be surprised.
Seriously looking forward to bro-ing it up with Vesemir, Lambert and Eskel again doe. Lambert and Geralt in the Elder Blood trailer was glorious.

Well, looks like Letho will appears and possibly the other two witchers he quoted once. At least one of the trailer suggests that Letho will be in the game.
I hope that none of them die, at least, I hope that there is the option to let them live with the consequences, of course.
