Why is that? I really don't remember Witcher 1 very well at this point I can't remember picking what I did or why.

 

Lol, I had bad load times too with the enhanced edition.

 

And they definitely didn't feel as fleshed out then I agree. It didn't feel like there was an organized resistance like Iorveth's group, just scattered groups here and there (which makes sense in terms of progression I suppose).

Shani is in Oxenfurt. I think it was confirmed we will be able to visit it, since it's very close to Novigrad.

I doubt the romantic relationship can be picked up again, though, after they broke it off in a codex entry. Maybe there will be a reference to it, but since they separated due to incompatible lifestyles I don't really see them reunite in that sense.

Agree, i can't see Shani as a romance option like she was in TW1, but i wouldn't mind if we would bump into her or maybe do a quest.

I just hope she won't get killed offscreen like Morinth and Reegar in ME3 did.

I'm more curious over what Ves is up to, and if she even will make an appearance. She had quite a disappointng closure in TW2 (or more like a lack of one).

Whatever the case, most likely I'll be chasing Triss' (or Yennefer if she interests me) skirt.

I'm probably going with Yenn. Seems like it'd be the best from a story standpoint to me, unless CDPR surprises me with her presentation somehow.

Pretty sure my Geralt and Triss were pretty much done after he left her in prison to bro it up with Roche anyway.

Between Yennefer and Triss, for me depends on who has the biggest ******. If the final with romance is Geralt walking away with his loved one or anything like that, I prefer to stay in Kaer Morhen and help rebuild it.

They were both easy as hell. By that point in the game I already had the best swords and armor, plus witcher 1 has a lot of instant kill chances after you've knocked down an enemy.

I actually think the Order ending's not that bad.  If you side with Scoia'tael, it seems like its basically the status quo.  Neutral ends with the sorceresses gaining more power.  The order ending at least ends with Siegfried leading the order who's more moderate and has a chance to reform the order to focus on the more positive qualities.

 

Edit: It also seems more like the ending's less you siding with a faction and more which faction/s don't want you dead.

I wonder why every dwarf in Vergen is so hostile to Iorveth.

Many dwarves have joined the Scoia'tael and since Vergen hasn't abandoned its culture, it is unlikely Iorveth would have given them any grief.
