Not all dwarves suffer prejudice as the elves, and some are even rich. It is said that of all the old races, the dwarves are the least suffer prejudice. But it is said that Iorverth is a living legend, of course only for those who find the means of it right. I think creating more hatred of Scoia'tael creates hate on those who are living peacefully, this should disrupt their business.

I finally acquired TW3. So looking forward to May and by then I'll have my new PC rig. Gotta admit, that game looks gorgeous.

I too plan to build brand new gaming pc this spring ready for Witcher 3. Hopefully I can play that coming masterpiece with ultra settings

Anyway, today Witcher 3 received its first content rating as a videogame from ESRB and it was M for Mature. No suprises for anyone here I think.

IF people want to test there waters The Witcher 2 is on sale at 85% right now on GOG, be quick though as there are only 100 copies on sale as of this post (don't worry it will pop up again later on in the Insomnia sale along with the original)

I wonder why every dwarf in Vergen is so hostile to Iorveth.

Many dwarves have joined the Scoia'tael and since Vergen hasn't abandoned its culture, it is unlikely Iorveth would have given them any grief.

Because they're still terrorists and give a really bad name to non-humans. And like the previous poster said, Dwarves > Elves in social class, so of course it hurts their businesses and lives when news from afar comes that the 'Freedom-fighters' have killed x y and burnt z to the ground.

God, the open world looks lifeless and combat looks just like Witcher 2. Hopefully it's not as easy or spammy as Witcher 2. Hopefully the world is populated well and has enough things to do.

Lifeless!? How can you say that or do you think every fricking world needs to be always as crowded as in SKyrim or DAI where every 30 seconds something tries to kill you when you roam the countryside with no apparent reason? Of course those enemies also attacked Geralt without asking any questions but the difference is that the player in this deliberately sought trouble and had the chance to avoid it.

I personally think that in open world games there always needs to be careful balance between action and peacefulness when it comes to exploring and I think Wtcher 3 seems to be handling that balance quite nicely and better than most games.

One thing I notice in open world fantasy games is that there is rarely any human beings out in the terrain (except the ones trying to kill you). I wish this was different.

Have you guys ever actually walked in woods or a forest? There arent animals everywhere. Birds and squirrels are very prolific, but other then that? You can go a long time without seeing anything bigger. Like deer, or a bear.

You're never going to please everyone. Some people will complain that the world isn't dense enough, other people will complain that there's no actual wilderness in an open world.

Dude, you saw three minutes of footage and you're calling the world lifeless. U wat m8? Have you see Novigrad gameplay? You gonna call that lifeless too?

You wanna see lifeless, go play DA:I and visit Val Royeaux.

I hope they do some dev diaries like they did with the last game. Like explaining the different combat techniques etc.

I think I'm the only one who wishes the series stuck with Witcher 1 style gameplay, even though it was worse than Witcher 2's.

Cannot say myself, but as an outside observer this does not seem to be the case. I read far more complaints of TW2 combat and gameplay, but much better reviews on story.
