Geralt and family have already received a preview copy. There is a commotion in the neighbourhood...

I'm glad Ciri is in the game, though I'm not a fan of switching protags. I'm glad it's only for short portions.

So long as its not gonna be like:
"Intense plot twist coming up"
Geralt: "You!"
"Game switches to Ciri."
Where is this from?
Oh, thanks for teh reminder, forgot to post the author, where are my manners

Exactly, I don't even want to ponder on why devs decided to put those useless Geralt portions in. Feels forced.
But on a serious note, what is your gripe about PC switching, folks? I read it everywhere. And no, "it's immersion-breaking" is not a valid point for me.
Official versions of the screens included in that Gamestar magazine. Much better quality.
Beat you to it, I've silently updated them on previous page half an hour ago. ![]()

Well, valid or not, that's why. It's jarring to be in a different POV with different skills and abilities, then switch back. I really don't see the point.
Until I've played I can't say if I'll like or dislike the PC switching. I first encountered this feature in Dreamfall and I thought it was done well, so I'm waiting to see how it plays out in W3 before making a judgment.
Just got into Ch. 2 of The Witcher for my neutral/Triss run. I love the music and atmosphere in these games.
Stupid sexy Geralt.

pre-ordered yesterday wiiiiiiiiiiiiii
I keep being blown away by the details on the clothes. Nothing is flat and drawn on anymore. The ropes crossing over his chest and even the tiny cords all look 3D. It's amazing.
Already re-played Witcher 1 and gonna do the same for second as soon as I get my ultimate gaming pc later this spring. Gonna max with it the graphics in WItcher 2 and it seems it will be quite the test if it can do the same in Wild Hunt.
Those of you who have had the collector´s edition pre-ordered since last summer like me raise your hands.

It's gonna join my TW1 and TW2 Collector's Editions.
Hehe, thats a nice C.E!
I however have stopped buying them a long time ago, since they took way too much space and half the time I never bothered with the art and such ![]()
Fabulous Geralt is just fabulous.
I suppose this picture is the beginning of the game.
So you weren't joking slim, Geralt's beard really does grow over time.

I imagine it can grow to the point where he looks like a tramp lol.

Lol, now I really need to test how long it can get.
I just realized that it's the same outfit Geralt wears during TW1 prologue [or whenever you wear no armour].

Seems like they want to make it full circle.
