Isn't she only into dwarves? Poor Iorveth is gonna be in the friendzone indefinitely I fear. :S

Haha, yes. Something about dwarves reminding her of mountains? I fear Iroveth won't get to ride a dragon any time soon.
Shame really, because they would actually make a very interesting pairing.

Nope, that is just some weird translation shenanigans.

Saskia: "Regarding Iorveth himself, that's none of your business. Although I could use a man after all."
And that's it, whereas in the english version an awkward conversation about fate and dragon fetishes ensues.
Blacha just confirmed ladies other than Yen and Triss will be available for romance. He makes it sound like we can skip the big two altogether. Other options.....
Sh*tstorm incoming.
But... but... you know what that means:

Would be nice for those who romanced Shani if she's back again.

The books have clearly established that Yen and Geralt are meant to be together and that their bond is special, as certain wise golden dragon prophesied.
I'm talking about where exactly you draw the line between player agency and source material. Imagine giving Geralt an option to kill a peasant for refusing to pay you an appropriate amount for an errand. Player agency, defining your character, right? Nope? Exactly.
And this is not even close to picking Triss in how much out of partially set character it is.
But whatever, if there is such a choice, I'll certainly experience both options since I'm not fond of depriving myself of content.
Peace out.
The fact that this bothers you as much as it does is incredibly pathetic.

I remembered when I did NOTHING with Shani, not even flirt in the slightest. But the event of "who to choose" still triggered.
Crazy woman.

Even if we can't romance her again, it would be great to see her regardless :3

Ah, good, Shani was literally the only female character in either Witcher games that I felt was somewhat interesting.
Would be nice if she showed up in some form.

I do agree that Shani needs some screentime again, but most of the choices you made in The Witcher one was kinda poorly implemented in 2. Seems like they slapped the save import on because it was done by other roleplaying games at the time. Which is a shame because i vastly prefer the first game. We'll see when the 3rd rolls around. Hoping it will be solid and that it won't force an ending on the love question or whatever.

The lead writer already confirmed that we can choose between Triss and Yenn.

Good
I have not read the books so i have no opinion on Yennefer, even though i will get to know her in the future game. So we will see then.

Disappointing but don't overtly care all that much anyway -- I did like Witcher 2 so I'll probably like Witcher 3 in the long run.

They said no Witcher 1 only character will return (aside from the other Witchers) but there is a good chance they will bring some of them back (I think they were asked about Kalkstein, Shani, Thaler) in a dlc.
