Same.

I wonder if at the start of the 3rd game, Geralt will have ALL his memories back. I know during Witcher 2, some of the "core memories" returned (his death, what happened to Yennefer etc) although I may of forgotten if it was implied by the end of Witcher 2 that he got all his memories back.
I wonder if Yeneffer has her memories back. The gameplay trailer showed them on the Unicorn, and for those not familiar with it, that was the same Unicorn Yeneffer and Geralt had in their house. Yennefer was quite fond of...engaging on it shall we say, but much to Geralt's delight, it broke.
It was confirmed by devs and from the first 15 min that Geralt has regained all his memories. I think where he fully regained them was the moment when he receives his final flashback when he talks with Letho in TW2. And judging by the letter that Yen wrote to him i can assume she also has.

He says the memories are coming back, between a game and another suppose that he has recovered all.
Right now I'm still thinking I'll have Geralt and Yennefer stick together. But I have nothing against Triss. If I play the game more than once I might even pursue that story.
Well, they have a love story, the story of Geralt with Triss is too short to be evaluated, its more like...''weekend of love.''

I still think it'd be interesting to see how they differ and how much it'll affect the story.

The two were not in good times the last time they saw each other. Hope to see hair pulling and fireballs. We are taking into account that the Yennefer will press Geralt, I think it will happen, she and Triss will press him, then we can not escape that.

I'm fully decided on replaying it before TW3 now, but yeah I now think that was the general message. Also explains how at the start of the first 15 minutes of Witcher 3, when Vesemir says "What's this about a Unicorn?" (something along those lines) The responses the player had showed that Geralt knew what that meant.
Huh, I guess his memories are back fully.
I think its a flashback. At least thats my guess.
I doubt it's a flashback. In the letter Vesemir read at the beginning of the prologue Yennefer wrote "I still have the unicorn". I guess she repaired it.

Oh I remember at the end of the last Book before Geralt's death, Yennefer chewed Triss out for sleeping with Geralt lol. I expect plenty of fireballs while I go chat up a random she-elf npc.

lol, we'll see then. haha

It has a romance indication here, beware that may be have spoilers. Keira Metz, I think... I remember her...or not.
Btw there will be a lot of new stuff at the end of the month. For the next 3 days many youtubers( angry joe, jesse cox, gopher are the ones I know of) will visit warsaw and play the game. They are also allowed to record while playing and will publish it at the end of the month on their youtube channels.
Edit: And gamespot will show something new on the 20th, 21st and 22nd:)
That sounds like how they handled a form of Save import in Mass Effect, with that comic thing they did.
I think thats mainly for consoles, however on the pc, I'm pretty sure we have save imports, as well as the option to choose events that Geralt speaks of. Which I might end up choosing myself if I can't get a Witcher 2 run done/find a save online to download. And the chance to listen to Geralt again? Yes please.
What GPU are you aiming for may I ask?
I'm hoping I don't have to upgrade until I next build a rig.
I don't think I can overclock my one either. It's the 3GB 780 Ti Superclocked edition, so I hope Witcher 3 runs well with it.
However if new gpus are needed for direct x12, I'll most likely upgrade. It'll be a wait and see approach.
I'm upgrading from a 7870. TW3 is still saying 770 for high, but they've also revised and said a 980 with an i7 can run ultra with all effects at 1080p and 60fps. Whereas before they were saying you'd get about 40 with that.
So the system specs are pretty unclear at this point. I assume they'll update them sometime, but I'm not sure when. Anyway, a 780 TI is only slightly less powerful than a 980, so the performance difference will be negligible. The only place the 980 has a leg up is in VRAM, a 980 has 4. Though I doubt TW3 will require 4gb of VRAM. 4GB of VRAM won't be standard for quite awhile, only games like Shadow of Mordor that are hilariously poorly optimized will require it. So I think 3GB should be fine. Even if it's not your dip in frames won't be massive.
I'm getting a 970, were it not for TW3 being optimized for nividia and it coming with a free copy, I might go for the Sapphire R9 290x. Though to be honest, if it weren't for the witcher 3 I probably wouldn't be upgrading. I've been wanting to for awhile, but were it not for this I'd probably wait another year and just build a new PC and give/sell my current one to someone.

I'm interested in seeing Gopher's footage. Angry Joe tends to have a very childish approach to his videos, Gopher is more adult like and will probably go more in depth.

It was specified what they could record? I hope they can record the whole prologue.

Unfortunately not, Marcin only wrote that they are allowed to record while playing. I hope for the prologue as well. Otherwise there could be some huge spoilers. Especially if they all play different areas.

Well we know how Keira Metz will probably look: Not bad if you ask me
In the books she is described as a nymphomaniac, I wonder if CD Project stays true to the source:)
Nope, it was Marti Sodergren.
Also Geralt owes Keira one for the time on Thanedd when he invoked an insuppressible excitement in her and then left her there. How rude. ![]()

Nope, it was Marti Sodergren. There seems to be a mistake on the wiki.
Also Geralt owes Keira one for the time on Thanedd when he invoked an insuppressible excitement in her and then left her there. How rude.
If I remember the novels correctly both are.
According to the wiki:
"She makes aphrodisiacs and is considered to be a nymphomaniac, at least by Sabrina Glevissig."
