That video really made me realize just how much better the dodging mechanics look now. 

 

It looks much more fluid and natural this time around which is nice. Have they said that they mocapped these animations?

 

Much more realistic than TW2 at any rate. Of course CDPR seemed to be aware of how ridiculous the fighting in TW2 was since Aux mentions in his journal that he though Geralt fought like an idiot when they first met. Seems like a meta commentary on the limp bizkit fighting style in TW2.

I just saw the stream of gametrailers today and Damien talked about the ''colonize system'' shown in the latest trailer, it was said that will not be a very complex system.

He was also said that if you kill an animal near a location that exists monsters, they will be attracted by the smell of these dead animals.
Another interesting thing is about a possible system that I do not get it right, but the example used was this: if there is five rats and a cat, and you kill the cat, the mice will begin to increase.

He said that the game will take 25 hours in a Speedrun, what has been said and it seems that the game is ready, as Damien said in the interview that he was playing the game before the interview, he carry the game with him. Then they have finished what they wanted to do, ''pollute'' the game.

Just completed the witcher 1 again, it's great to see how much little teases they have for future events in the games. It's pretty clear they knew what direction they wanted to take the series in.

seriously, I'm hoping for an actual stable mac port. The Witcher 1 runs perfectly on MAL but part 3 and 4 are completely broken, they will never run and always crash.

The Witcher 2 just doesn't run well at all and was not optimized properly, the game ran like ****.

I thought the article read that more polygons would be needed for floppy wieners (if you get this referance, give yourself 10 points) so Geralt will still be in his underwear.

• There are very very few fetch quests in the game. The team doesn’t particularly like them. Those that are there spend time developing the character that gives the quest. For instance there’s one in which you have to go from point to point with a character, and while you do he tells you in depth about him. That can influence the choice at the end of the quest.

Can't say. The collector edition only states 'Art book', so not sure if it is the same as Prima Official. I'd expect it is same though.
