Microsoft just got caught presenting the PC version of the game as the Xbox One version. Graphics and resolution stuff. They apologized for it today, after being caught, of course.

Aye. I don't even think MS was trying to fool anyone. Why did anyone think it was gonna run like that on the consoles? Both PS4 and X1 are running TW3 at 30 frames while PC runs it on 60.

 

I guess people didn't know that though.

Playing Persona 4 myself, which is a nice way to keep me occupied until May 19th; great game with considerable length. Wouldn't be surprised if I end up beating it just as TW3 launches, haha!

Still can't believe they tried to pull this of. I mean it was great for me to watch, because with any luck and with the right settings, my comp will run it very smoothly.

 

The 144hz refresh rate + borderless Window will be a godsend.

I hope the SLI support is good...a lot of games recently have made me have to switch to one. I'm sure a single 780 Ti will do fine but I'd rather use both. :S

CDPR doesn't give me a whole lot to worry about, though.

I was hoping to just go through at least a good few years with just my 780 Ti Superclocked, but seeing as some games are coming out recommending the 760 as your GPU (Not sure of AMD equivalent), I might have to upgrade at some point.

 

Hopefully developers keep it easy with the requirements, otherwise I'll end up with a 900 series card at some point.

Agree; might see a driver update for the game's release like with past games. My brother is using my old 780Ti and he should be good because he's using a 1080p display. I'm using a 1600p display so I went with dual SLI to ensure up to 60fps (I don't see a need for anything higher; I don't do 3D vision for example). Depending on the game even 30fps can be smooth enough, but driving in GTAV, for example, feels much nicer at 60fps.

Amazon has a comic.

Welp, she's won me over. I'll be focussing her romance first playthrough alongside random she-elves and Shani if she ever shows up in the future

 

Also I don't know if its just me, but the hair physics look so good, that Geralt without a beard looks...weird

 

Maybe I'm just use to a bearded Geralt.

Absolutely. Generally speaking witcher 3 seems to have a lot of beautiful female characters. A nice change to Dragon Age Inqusition, which was..... well quite the opposite in this regard.
